Although the process itself was a bit noisy and disruptive, the team worked efficiently, finished the job within the agreed upon time frame and cleaned up after themselves.  The team also interacted well with our dogs.  Our only reason for not grading them higher was that one of the technicians, the person who was our primary interface, was somewhat "needy".  During the job he requested water and soda from us, and requested to use our freezer to keep his water bottle chilled. He also requested to use our kitchen sink to wash his face and used one of our kitchen towels to dry his face and hands.   Other service providers that we have rated higher in the past performed as well as these guys, and didn't require any additional accomodations from us.

They did a great job.   Their prices were competitive.  They were very cordial.  I was very pleased with them.  I even recommended them to my son and he used them on his house.

We had no problems.  They came and did the work.  I can’t see inside the ducts, but I guess they did a good job.  This was the second or third time we used them over the last 8-10 years.  It took two people about 4-5 hours to do the work and it was around $700.00.  They used a machine to help clean inside the ducts.

I have never used anyone else before.  They seem to do a thorough job.  I definitely noticed a difference in my ventilation system after they cleaned it.

It was the first time for this house to have the air duct cleaned.  They did a good job.   We were pleased.   The only complaint we had was that they didn’t do a good enough cleaning on the vent grates.  They still had dust on the grates.  Other than that, we were very satisfied.  They also did the drilling work and plugged the ducts.
