Job went well, workmen were professional polite. Did excellent work. Responsive. Discussed options prior. My only negative was IT WASN'T INEXPENSIVE.

The service was good. They were fast and efficient. They clean up the air ducts and that was fine. They were sufficient and quick. I recommend them to my sister and I would hire them again in the future.

Received a call almost as soon as I posted the request and appointment arranged for next day. Allen, the service tech, arrived promptly with appropriate Covid-19 protective gear. He was efficient, professional and friendly. He was knowledgeable. All work was done with long brushes from roof. I am very pleased with the process.

I normally don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to do so here. I first received a call from Xavier who was prompt, professional and upfront about the cost to do a chimney sweep and to clean the dryer vent. Allen came to do the job. He: 1) was on time; 2) was very professional and respectful of me and my home; 3) took care to take the contractor booties that I provided on/off when entering/exiting my home numerous times, without me even asking (we are a "no-shoes" household); 4) worked hard and ensured that all lint was removed from the dryer vent and its piping up to the dryer itself; 5) cleaned up all the lint that he got out and took it with him; and most impressive: 6) was extremely honest and said my chimney did not need sweeping, was clean and could be used. I will see how the clothes dryer works going forward, but so far so good! (We had to run two dryer cycles in order to dry some clothes and towels -- a tell-tale sign that your dryer vent needs to be checked and cleaned.) As the woman of the house who oversees the upkeep and maintenance of the household, I have dealt with many service providers. I appreciate HONESTY, FAIR PRICING and A JOB WELL DONE -- all of which are sometimes hard to come by when hiring contractors and technicians, but all of which I found in Xavier and Allen. I will definitely consider DuctServ for my big job -- duct cleaning in the spring. Please consider Xavier and his crew for your home. You should not be disappointed with the results of their work!

Service was excellent. They arrived exactly on time. Did the work, explained the options and in fact I was so impressed I call my next door neighbor over and he had they put on a chimney cap. What a breath of fresh air from contractors who say one appointment time and then show up an hour or two later. Restored my faith that good contractors do exist.

I asked for drier vent and then added ducts They were super efficient!
