The vent pipe was actually cleaned to a professional standard for the first time since being installed. I did not realize the level of cleaning that was possible. The tech did a super job. Our dryer now performs at a level it has not achieved since the dryer was installed. I recommend that if your dryer vent needs cleaning you should hire DUCTZ.

Purchased dryer vent cleaning for $107. It did end up costing an additional $50 because the dryer vent was on the roof. That wasn't in the fine print. The sub contractor also charged full price the day of service due to a glitch but refunded my original purchase through Angie's list promptly.

I am VERY pleased with my services from DUCTZ of Greater Columbia. I had no issue with making an appointment that was convenient to me in a timely manner. A gentleman named, Gary, came out to service my dryer vent. He was very nice, personable, and knowledgeable. We were lucky that we did not have any major issues but he fixed the dryer hose so that my dryer runs properly and will prevent future problems. He even vacuumed up my laundry room. I am VERY happy with my service and look forward to working with them in the future.

It went very well. Due to some of the vents downstairs being sealed they had to clean these in a different manner. They were unable to find the vacuum cleaner attachment, though. They spent a lot of time in setting up and getting the job done in a professional manner. They did not mention that there would be areas to clean up after them but I guess it is expected when the vents are open. All in all we feel good about the work done and their attention to our needs. We can tell a difference in the amount of dusting we need to do. We got this through a special offer for a two system cleaning for $829 and paid an additional $524 for the extra vents etc.

Helpful, respectful, friendly folks from the person who answered the first call to the person who did the work. Awesome.

I don't believe there is any other company out there that could have done a better job or offered a better price. I am beyond impressed and have already added an appointment to my calendar to have them come out again one year from now to clean it again. Waiting as long as I did was a serious hazard. Don't bother wasting your time looking elsewhere. These guys are simply the best. Save yourself some time and just give them a call. Your house might actually depend on it. Oh and check their coupons like I did and save yourself some more money.
