My experience with them was very positive. They were quick with their rate of work and very respectful of the home owner. They were reasonably priced.

Had no problem setting up the appointment. They arrived on time. The two service persons were friendly and professional. They put in a long day (9 to 6) and did a great job. They also took the time to make sure floors and rugs were not soiled during the clean up. It wasn't cheap but it was worth it. They also checked to make sure all the dampers were open and all the ductwork was connected properly. I would recommend to others or use them again in the future. <br />

Job lasted around 4-5 hours. A LOT of stuff had to be cleaned out from the ducts. The materials cleaned out were shown to us after services were completed. Noticed the air seemed a little more fresh after the service was done. <br />

Everything went well from the first contact. The serviceman was excellent, thorough and professional. They called back immediately today when I called and said we were not getting heat from one vent in the kitchen.

It was good. We were satisfied. They were here all day. They did it before we put in a new furnace. They put everything back the way it was supposed to be. They did a thorough job. They were very professional.

I was very happy with them. They did a good job. I had it done before by another companies and Ductz did a more thorough job than anyone else had previously.

Definitely not a good experience. The work was performed by the owner, Herb Winhoven. He did not have everything he needed to complete the job the first day. He said it was my fault because my ducts were so dirty. Half way into the job I had reservations, and started asking questions that I should have asked first. He told me he was on Angie's list and a member of the Better Business Bureau. That was not true, when I confronted him with that he said well they were a member in Toledo where they came from. Looked that up, also not true. Has since appeared on Angie's list right after my job. When interviewing him before giving him the job I asked if he had the camera that would let me see into the ducts and he said yes. First day he said he forgot it. I reminded him then on the second day, and he said the camera was broken. Not very honest, not professional. The job was completed. I think he did a good job, but without being able to see into the ducts I can't know for sure.
