They did a good job!

Plumber was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable in the services provided, to include a plausible reason for the leak occurring.  I am very pleased with the work done and the experience as a whole.  I would certainly recommend! <br />

He did about an hour of plumbing work and we went back in forth on getting a time scheduled. It was very difficult and frustrating to get things scheduled, so after all the issues with the first visit and the unprofessional nature of Duncan Plumbing I ended up not using them further after the first visit.

He showed up on time, told me what part he needed, left, came back with the part and fixed it. <br /> <br />

It turned out fair. They were not able to do what I had hoped they would be able to do. I wanted them to hook up my water softener and they were not able to do it. They were cordial. I would not use them again.

Duncan Plumbing did a good job. The price is very reasonable.

Duncan Plumbing was quick to respond to our need and expressed confidence in being able to make the fix.  They needed to order a special tool to work with the type of plumbing we had in our wall.  They ordered the tool and came back and did the fix.  All the work was very acceptable and much appreciated.   <br /> What I didn't like though was that we paid for the special tool to the tune of $750, and then watched the tool walk away with the Gregory.  I questioned Gregory on the total bill, which seemed pretty steep for about 3 hours of work.  I asked him if we just paid for that new nifty tool he used.  He said we had.  I said that I wanted the tool then!  Of course, that was a no go. <br /> Because of the circumstances of them coming in quickly and getting the work done quickly, I just let it go.  I was in the middle of my bedroom wall with a large hole in it and I wanted to get it done.  I did think it was quite unprofessional to charge for a tool that he will use again and he kept.  I understand that he bought it for our job, but I don't believe we should have shouldered the entire cost of the tool. <br /> Because of this, even though the work was good, I wouldn't use Duncan Plumbing again. <br />

Fabulous!  Mr. Duncan is a true professional -- he know the plumbing business inside and out.  Will never use another plumber because he's the best!!! <br />

This Big Deal for 2 hours of plumbing work was an unfortunate purchase.  Over the phone, I had requested that the gentleman replace a toilet & investigate 2 leaking sinks.  I was out of town at the time & came home to find our nice new toilet happily in place but also leaking significantly, with a very large pool of water on the floor.  My husband told me that as soon as the toilet was installed, the plumber had packed up his tools & walked out without letting my husband know that he was leaving.  As we still had lots of time left on our 2-hour purchase, my husband had thought the plumber would be coming back inside to discuss the sinks but the gentleman never came back.  I called Duncan Plumbing upon my return home the next day - the plumber was willing to come back to fix the leaking toilet fitting but told me that he did not recall our discussion about the sinks, saying "I can't remember everything".  To his credit, when the plumber did return the next day to repair the fitting, he did ask my husband if there were other tasks, but by that point my husband & I had already decided that we did not want this particular plumber doing any further work in our house.  Based on this experience, we do not recommend Duncan Plumbing. <br />

Duncan was great.  He arrived timely, and got both items taken care of within the two hour time slot. <br />

It was great. The guy was also great. He came out about 4 days after I bought the "Big Deal". He gave me some recommendations to have my plumbing redone in one area. He did a really great job. He spent a long time working on it to get it done.

There was no additional cost as i recall if there were any up charges, it was minimal. I had trouble connecting with them initially, he seems very busy and I think he scheduled and then had to cancel and since nothing was leaking it was okay. I take a more relaxed view if it is something I am just doing because i need it to get done. But if there is something really dire then there is no cancelling on me. Responsive is the only thing I would grade down for.

He came out last year of April and he did a good job and I don't have issues with him. He did a wrong job but he came back and fix it on that same day. He was good.

Excellent service provider at an excellent cost.  His professionalism and expertise were greatly appreciated.  We have had no further problems since the repair was done several months ago. <br />

It was a great experience for me.  The plumber definitely knew his stuff!  Made recommendations on preventative measures and help assess the circumstances that caused the leak in the first place. <br /> I would definitely use this company again for all my plumbing needs. <br />

Everything went smoothly and the sink is running clear again. He did a great job and cleaned everything up when he finished! <br />

I called and he came out the next morning.  He installed my new garbage disposal and replaced a leaking hose.  He was very courteous and did a good job.  I would not hesitate to call him again. <br />

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service.  He was good.  He came when he said he would and was very efficient.  There was just one man that came out and he fixed the sink.  He’s very knowledgeable in his field.  He’s polite and reliable.  I was very happy.

Was 1.5 hours late.. When I called him up he said "I'm in Woodland", CA. I live in Orangevale,Ca. He was quite angry that I called him. Sort of a blustery person. Installed the faucet in about one hour. He needed a new hose from his truck and charged me $15.00 for iit even though I had paid for two hours. So, in reality I was charged $150.00 an hour for the installation, plus bought the faucet myself and had to suffer a cranky person for that hour. Will not use him again. <br />

They did what we needed to do. We had to leave the house and when we came back, it was done and it was done professionally. I had purchased a big deal and he told me there would be more charges, so I told him to do as much as the big deal amount. So when I got back, it was done. In my knowledge of the trade, the job was for just about the amount on the big deal and I had all the parts. He was very nice. There was nothing bad and when I looked at it, I thought that it looks nice and it was a job done properly. I think the price on the big deal was a perfect price.
