They demoed the house. Caused additional damages. Received all funds and never completed work.

All went well. Contractor negotiated with insurance company regarding some omissions from the original estimate. Insurance paid revised amount. All workers were professionals, they cleaned up, locked up and took good care of my home. It was a pleasure doing business with these guys. <br />

I called out Dunedin Restoration to my home about a month ago. we were worried that we may have had a mold problem, our house had a musty smell and there was a dampness to our home. They came out and did a free assessment, and was very knowledgeable and explained how this happened.  I could tell they had plenty of experience and answered all of our questions, even explaining how to prevent mold growth in the future. They did all the remediation and had everything tested to verify that the mold was gone, and they did an excellent job. Very efficient and helpful. I would recommend to anyone!!! <br />

<p>I would highly recommend Dunedin Restoration. We called them out after we found a  leak in our bathroom. I called them and they were at my door within 15 mins.  The staff was very knowledgeable and understanding of the situation. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and contacted us daily until complete.  Another plus is that they also helped us deal with our insurance company .  We will be using them for our kitchen remodel in the future. Removed carpet from living room and replaced with tile. painted dining room and attached hallway. <br />

Water damage occurred from leak from shower to behind drywall and tiling in shower.  Fortunately, no mold but all the tile in shower and tub area had to be removed. <br />

Never again.  Tyler Stewart called my home (in Indiana) and called me a f***ing b**ch.  He threatened my elderly mother for thousands in payment for services she never received. Don't use this company. <br />

Basically the workers. came promptly, did a good job, and made a terrible experience easier to deal with. I was very satisfied with their work. <br />

Somehow during the last storm that came through, water made it's way into one of our back bedrooms. The carpet was soaked and standing there in with water logged carpet in a couple inches of water, with the furniture starting to show signs of damage, I had visions of what Hurricane Katrina was like for those poor people. My situation may not have been as bad, but until it happens to you, I don't think anyone REALLY "gets it". <br /> Finding someone to come out to take care of the water damage/water removal wasn't easy. A lot of other people had gotten flooded as well, so there was a waiting list, and to make matters worse the water damaged furniture had started to stink! <br /> After calling other water damage restoration companies, who all added me to their list, I finally called Dunedin Restoration, and what a difference. Yes, they were crazy busy as well...but from the beginning I got the feeling that they really cared, which meant a lot, especially at such a stressful time. From the kind and reassuring Receptionist, Beth, to the very professional young man who came out to make it all ok, and who actually had to move the furniture (a job which my husband was supposed to have taken care of and it never quite got done)  before he could start the clean-up in earnest.  <br /> The major work was completed on day 1 and after a couple days of drying...the room was as good as new and no more smell...yay!! <br /> I especially liked how Dunedin Restoration kept me appraised as to how things were going at every stage, and how despite the fact that they were super busy cleaning-up/restoring several flooded homes, they still managed to make me feel like I was a priority. I have no hesitation in recommending them. <br />

They helped me negotiate with the insurance company to get everything that I deserved.  I cannot comment on their price as I did not have anyone to compare them with.  I would use their services in the future also.

They had to take up the floor as we had laminate flooring which was wet and moldy.  They brought in big fans, dehumidifiers and ran them over the weekend for me to dry the room out.  I remember that there was mold under the floor which was invisible till they brought it up.  I think when they took the base board off, that was moldy.  I don't think they did any mold testing that I remember.  They were very responsive.  I called them in the morning when it was raining and they were out in no time.  They had things set up and pulled out everything.  I guess their price was fair but I didn't compare their price with anything else.  The used them only for drying out services.  I know they also do restoration and I didn't use them for that.

It was an excellent experience! They were wonderful to work with. They are dependable and honest. They are perfectionists. Everything has been very smooth. They are excellent communicators.

The connecting fitting on the plumbing supply line in the upstairs master bathroom burst during the night. I thought I heard the cats playing on the stairs, my husband thought he heard thunder. We went back to sleep. When getting out of bed, I found the entire carpeting soaked, I went downstairs and took a header on the wet vinyl kitchen floor, got up and went to the garage and found the garage ceiling laying on top of the car. The ceiling in the laundry had collapsed too, and the pantry closet and other storage closets were soaked. The entire first floor was flooded. After calling another company, that's another entry, to dry us out, they referred us to Dundein Restoration. Dunedin Restoration came out and walked through the house and went back to the office and came up with an estimate. Then the insurance company came and walked through the house and came up with a lower estimate. Dunedin Restoration helped us through the entire process, even dealing with the insurance company to get us the coverage we had paid for for all those years. Geri Schwartz, the office manager, did some research and helped us with the condo association to make sure we got coverage for the drywall repairs. It took three months, time was extended due to insurance problems, but the company kept in close contact as to the progress with sub-contractors and insurance. It's done now, and better than ever!
