The deck replacement project was handled effectively from start to end: initial visit, estimate, scheduling, removal, construction, clean-up and final city inspection. All communication leading up to signing the contract and with the project manager and installation team was timely and helpful. Every effort to ensure complete satisfaction with the project was professionally handled.

The crew was very experienced, knowledgeable and friendly.

We hired Dupont Decks twice for new deck construction. Each time we received quality and timely work with great results~ They were responsive to our questions, any items that came up during the project and quickly corrected a couple of things to complete the projects. We would hire them again for a third time if the need came up!

The time finally came to replace the floor on our 20x40 foot deck. I selected Dupont from a random list on line. They were not quite the least expensive but very close. The company is very professional and easy to work with. Their representative explained the material options and showed us samples of the various decking. The cost of the job was almost the lowest of the several bids we received. Dupont was very professional in the way they built the new deck. They arranged all aspects of the job like selecting a waste removal company to remove the old decking. They sent out a knowledgable person to measure the deck and order the needed material. The work crew was very pleasant and completed the job in 2.5 days. Everything went according to plan and we are very satisfied with the result.

The project was done well and exceeded our expectations! Our new deck is amazing and we are grateful for the work done! We strongly recommend for a new deck!

If anyone is looking to have a new deck installed then please go no further go to DuPont decks this company is fantastic starting with the owner Justin he came out and gave us a estimate from the new deck he was great he took the time to listen to us and what we needed then there is his wife brook she is great she also took the time and she listened to us and last there is Lindsey the project manger she was there helping us through the building of the deck we are so proud and happy with the new deck if I could give a higher score than 10 it would be off the charts so don’t go anywhere else if I could use a new deck only use dDuPont deck great work and great people thank you very kind

Brooke took the time to explain everything to me when my project hit complications. She put in extra effort to keep the project moving and always kept me posted. Chuck and his crew did everything they could to work with my wonky situation and took photographs every step of the way to help me understand. He got creative when needed and my deck looks amazing. Dupont Decks is a great company to work with. The communication was good from start to finish. They always let us know the status of the project. The original start date was the 2nd week of May and the deck was done on April 28th. The work crew was fantastic. Dupont Decks exceeded our expectations. We were surprised with the care Dupont Deck put into the structure for our deck. They kept what could be saved and added support where needed. Other companies quoted full replacement of the Deck structure. The team did their work with little to no need of our involvement. The result was a beautiful deck that we will enjoy for many years.

The building crew were efficient, even with the unpredictable weather, and the delay by the city for a building permit. They worked in some pretty extremely cold weather. Finished the job by the promised date. The process was just as noted in the contract. Communication from the project manager, and Brooke was on key. The deck is beautiful. Dupont Decks did an awesome job with tear off and re-decking onto our existing frame. Brandon and Jordan (installers) were polite, personable and professional throughout the project, and did an exceptional job with the install, very pleased with how the deck looks now!! However what sold me on Dupont in the first place was the excellent communication with front office. From first mtg with Justin for the estimate (very knowledgeable and generous with advice/suggestions), though contract negotiation with Brooke (they even provided a project design drawing) and project coordination with Lindsey, every interaction was professional and friendly… I never felt I was a bother when I called with questions, was always greeted with a smile in their voice. I was confident when I signed the contract that my job was going start and be completed on time and to my satisfaction and without unexpected cost… and it was. Would recommend Dupont to family and friends… they are that good!!

Highly recommend Dupont Decks!! They just completed tearing out my old deck and replacing it with a new design. Family owned and operated they are very responsive, detail oriented, and overall awesome to work with. Brooke advocated for us with the City when they wanted something ridiculously changed that would only add costs - and she won! Super honest, hard workers, fair pricing, great work. Showed up exactly when they said they would, completed the work in less time than quoted, and no Change Orders. If you are looking for a great deck company that's small enough to care but big enough to do a great job, call Dupont!

We loved working with these guys! After going over options with us, listening to what we wanted, and providing the perfect design, our deck went up in no time. Great communication through the entire process - they described step by step what was going to happen and when. Like clockwork, as they say. The end result is outstanding! Better than we hoped for! This adds a whole new wonderful "room" to our house. Strongly recommend Dupont Decks - 5 stars for sure!

We love our deck from Dupont! From the estimate through completion of the deck, they provided consistent and timely communication. They were honest and transparent when laying out our options, without trying to “sell“ us on extra options. At the end of the day, they just wanted us to have the deck that we wanted - completed with excellent craftsmanship. They delivered! It was completed very efficiently. We are very happy with the end product and would recommend them highly.
