Dupree Garage Doors

We hired Dupree to replace two garage doors and one opener with new ones. They were very professional, showed up when they said they would and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

My garage door spring broke and I couldn't get the door to open. I reached out to Home Advisor and they suggested several contractors. I chose Dupree Garage Doors. Mr Dupree explained exactly what it would take to fix the door. He gave me the estimated cost of the parts and labor. We made an appointment for few hours later that day. Mr Dupree was right on time. He had my door fixed in less than 2 hours. He explained ever step of the repair. He was professional and courteous to me and my family. I highly recommend Dupree Garage Doors!

I have been using Angie for over years and never experienced this kind of problems before. Dupree stole from me in so many ways!!!!!! I am very disappointed, disheartening depressed and extremely upset and distressed due to this situation. I cannot use my garage door or my garage door opener. I am going to have to replace the entire system before I put my cars in the garage. I am so dismayed I think I would like to file charges against this company for what they have put me and my family through. They even stole the paint. I have been dealing with animals coming in and out of my garage because Dupree did not put the garage door on correctly. Now I have different critters coming to live inside my garage such as squirls, rabbits, very large opossums and snakes. Dupree has stolen the trust I had in Angie. I have had to purchase many different things from home depot and Lowes to try to get these animals out of my garage. but nothing will work until I get the job completed.. which will cost more than dupree had originally gave me an estimate for

My garage door was not i good shape and had failed. Dupree Garage Doors came out, saw the problems and fixed them. All at a very fair price. Couldn't ask for any more.

Good service. Replaced garage door opener. Replced rollers and cleaned tracks. Lubricated rollers and tracks. Cleaned up. Responed in a few hours and finished in 2. Programmed cars. Good work. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

My door and components were inspected, an assessment provided, and a detailed quote provided for review all within 24 hours. The issue was then addressed to my satisfaction within the next 24 hours. The owner was present and available on site, and he answered all of my questions throughout the process. He also followed up quickly on an additional improvement we discussed, where other services may have let slip through the cracks, once payment was made. I would definitely use this company again for garage door issue and or upgrades.

I was looking to support a local business & it couldn't have gone better. Bobby was in personal contact throughout the process - No answering service. Explained my options for the repair w/ no upselling BS. I did go forward with the recommendations to increase longevity, which considering the scope of the repair were negligible - +50 for spring conversion +50 for new rollers (mine were shot). They were done in about an hour and even helped me roll my old project car back in the garage. Will definitely use again!
