Durable Remodeling were excellent to work with. Everything was completed on time and on budget. They were easy to work with, very professional, honest, and left no mess. Will use them for other home projects.

Durable Remodeling is great! I’ve used them over the years to replace my windows, a new roof and new siding to my home. Now I’m having my porch replaced. Dean is professional, knowledge, explains everything in advance, he answers any questions you may have while the work is being done. When your project is completed he leaves your home spotless.

Working with Dean and his team was such a fantastic experience! Dean is very responsive and professional and his team are hard workers They replaced our deck and even expanded for us . Everything came out perfectly! Great communication and the best workmanship. I highly recommend!

We hired Durable Remodeling to replace our older wood deck with a new Azek deck. Dean was wonderful to work with; very knowledgeable about what we needed, and very personable. I received quotes from 6 different companies. Durable was right in the middle price wise. The guys who did the work were friendly and efficient and their workmanship was excellent. Would hire them again in a minute.

Had such a bad experience with the person who answered my call about an estimate. The person was very arrogant and unprofessional. Seems like they were uninterested especially when I mentioned that my house is located in Dorchester and were asking personal questions about the house and owners before even seeing the place. If I could rate this 0 I would. If your looking for work on your house please don't waste your time with this trashy company

I had a wood railing on my deck that was starting to rot, and becoming an annual maintenance challenge. I had hired Durable Remodeling for another job about 8 years ago and had a very positive experience, so I reached out to Dean to see if this job was something that he could do. He got back to me quickly and we discussed the various non-wood options for railing replacement. He gave me the pros and cons of each product option, and priced out each for me. I chose the high end Azek railing, which is a composite but is heavier and looks more like wood than traditional vinyl railings. Dean told me that he was booking jobs a couple months out but that he would let me know if he had an opening sooner. Given my prior positive experience with Dean, I was happy to commit to him for this job and wait for him to become available. To my pleasant surprise, Deal called me about 3 weeks later indicating that he had an opening and could fit me in the following week. The job went smoothly, as expected. My material choice and some odd dimensions of my railing made it a tedious job that lasted a few days, which was communicated to me in advance. Dean and his crew did a great job, leaving me with a beautiful new railing. My property was respected at all times, communication was great throughout the process, and the crew cleaned up after the job. I would highly recommend Dean and Durable Modeling for home improvements without hesitation. In fact, I am considering hiring him to re-side my house. Great experience again. A++!!!

Dean was very easy to work with, understood the work that was needed to be done, didn't try to up sell, came in with a very reasonable quote. We had 5 sliding glass doors installed which had a long lead time on getting made but he stayed in contact during that time. His crew showed up 7 am sharp, cleaned up after themselves leaving it better than what it was before at the end of the day. Everything came out looking great.

We hired Durable Remodeling to build a brand new front porch on our house, and it came out beautifully. We have a 120-year-old Colonial house, which is in good shape, except that the front portico and a side entrance were both falling apart. Dean gave us several different ideas about how we could replace or repair them, and he encouraged us to think creatively about what we want. We decided to add a large farmer's porch to the front of our house and redesign the side entrance. Dean designed both beautifully, and the entire Durable Remodeling crew worked fast, efficiently, and carefully. Throughout the entire project, it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. The porch matches the style of our house so perfectly that it looks like it has been there since the house was built. The side entrance has become much more functional with the redesign, while staying true to the house's style. We highly recommend Durable Remodeling!

Durable Remodeling is up to the task! We live on the ocean and we knew exactly the kind of decks we wanted, but we were not sure we’d ever find the right company to build them. Exceptionally well. Dean was very responsive to our inquiry, gave us a time frame for beginning/completion, and estimate of how long job would take (it actually took less time than anticipated). The crew arrived early each day, was extremely polite and respectful, answered any questions we had. Not only did the deck come out perfect, but the clean up was exceptional. Dean did final walk-through to make sure we were completely satisfied, if we had any concerns, they would be taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend this company.

He showed up to appointments on time, made design suggestions and did not try to over sell us. The time line given to begin and complete our project was right on.
