We could not be happier with how our new tile roof turned out! The entire crew - from office to installers and owner - are professional and kind. The installation crew was respectful of our property each and every day making sure they cleaned up before they left. The owner Billy Creech came by repeatedly to make sure everything on was on track and answer any questions we may have had. You will not go wrong using Duramax for roofing repairs or replacement. NOT RECOMMENDED. One reason I went with Duramax was the two year warrantee that turned out to be worthless. They showed up on time and worked several long days and all seemed good. I had lots of questions throughout the process as many things did not look quite right or were a change from the original roof design but Duramax assured me these changes would be fine. From the start it was clear that Duramax did not have much concern for roof aesthetics. After the repairs they reused many tiles they broke, patched the ridge line with the wrong material and tried to paint it. Tiles were put back in lose, broken, not screwed, and very uneven along cut lines. There was a lot of sealant and foam also used that really should not have been used for this type of repair. From the looks of the finished repairs it was completely unprofessional. At this point, I am just hoping for no leaks. Several of the repaired areas did leak. Getting them back out was no fun. I had to get on their calendar and wait day’s and weeks for someone to come out just to determine if first the leak was within their repair area. They are quick to offer excuses why the leaks was not their fault although there was absolutely no doubt they were. After waiting yet again to get on their calendar for the fix, this is where the quality of work really starts to decline. Instead of redoing the repair they broke more tiles and just laid on roof cement in the areas of the leak. No surprise one of the leaks got worse after this and I was forces to hire another roofer who noted many questionable repairs done by Duramax.

You were onsite the entire time adding things to the project which we accommodated without adding to your estimates cost. You have a lot of broken Tile because your roof is very old not tile we broke and the pictures you listed are not even our repair areas and not even areas we touched. You had a leak after but it was not in a area that we had repaired yet we came out and repaired the area at no charge. You called about another area that was in a new location we once again came out as a courtesy to repair the place you said was leaking we never saw a leak only what you insisted needing repair and you still were not happy because you felt we didn't do enough. We have Been in business over 20 years and Tile repairs are our main product, we did what we told you we were going to do and above and we always back our warranties. You were just not pleased and thats why the guy you recently had out there was your 3rd roofer on the project because the guy before us you had complained that he didn't do his job."

The cost was comparable to others. They used quality products and did a thorough job. There was an up-charge for additional wood needed, but this possibility was discussed beforehand.

I'm very pleased. The roof looks great. The skylights are the impact glass. What a difference after having the plastic domes gone. Bill Creech gave me a detailed explanation of the roofing process and answered all my questions. He returned all my call promptly. I interviewed several companies and Duramax met the criteria I was looking for. The company has been in business a long time and the workers are employees. The workers were efficient and completed the job ahead of schedule. They kept the area clean every day. I would recommend this company as I have already done. It was a pleasure working with a service oriented company.

Outstanding!! Prompt response to our inquiry. Professional approach to understanding our needs. Since we were previously told that our repair could not be done because of the lack of availability of our tiles, Duramax contacted various "boneyards" on our behalf (something the other company we previously used did not offer to do) and found an a good number of tiles available. Lo and behold when they did the repair (which again the other company said couldn't be done) they didn't need to replace ANY tiles.

Scheduled and completed, with a slight weather delay (unavoidable) well before the deadline that was needed to meet closing. Roofer Bill Creech and office manager Donna Ledford were communicative throughout the process and made it possible for me to be "hands off" in the roof replacement process once the contract was set. End result makes the house look very much better.

Bill repaired the tile roof in the pouring rain. He did not stop when it started to pour, however, it is was not thundering or lightning. He was soaking wet and it eventually cleared up. He arrived on time and finished on time. There were no hidden charges, he charged exactly what was on the estimate. He cleaned up and hauled away the trash. He was professional and courteous. The job was expertly completed and you can't even tell that the tile roof has been repaired. Outstanding job, I recommend this company to anyone who needs their roof repaired. I will tell all my friends and family about this company. Donna, the Office Manager answered her phone and returned calls when she was with a client. She was knowledgeable about billing and appointments. She was a pleasure to do business with and she represented her company in a superior manner. I am a very satisfied customer.

How did it go? What words could describe it? Fantastic, Wonderfully, Professionally, Successfully, and Timely. First, the Office Manager has contacted us no less than 10 times starting from the very first phone call, to the end submitting the statement marked paid. She communicates, communicates, communicates. Photographs are a very large part of this businesses, business model. We we were provided a number of photos showing the damage that arrived with the bid for repairs. At the conclusion of the repairs, we were provided a series of photographs that showed each step of the repairs. These are detailed photos, clearly showing what was accomplished to complete the repairs. Duramax gives a two year warranty covering the workmanship. Our neighbor that monitored this work, was so impressed with the professionalism of this company, they will now have Duramax put on a complete new roof on their home. Our very belief is this is a very honest and reputable company, that communicates better than any company we have ever encountered. They took fear and panic out of a repair we knew almost nothing about, and while we were out of town. We are recommending Donna and Bill with the very greatest possible enthusiasm. <br />

Found this company on Angies List. Had a meeting the same day (it was a Friday), Billy offered to work Sunday to repair the roof. Told him I had it under control with a bucket in the attic. The next Friday, one week from our first meeting, the repair was completed. Billy did an excellent job. <br />
