Exceptional quality in service, material, workmanship, and overall management of the deck replacement project. Very professional employees dedicated to ensuring my satisfaction in the product and services they delivered. On time project, the team met the estimated completion time of 2 weeks. Although we are very happy with the quality of the windows, unfortunately we cannot say that the project went smoothly. There was damage done to our like-new hardwood floor, which was not protected appropriately by the installer and his partner. Apparently someone, either the installer or his partner, dropped a heavy tool which caused three major indentations. Home owners beware.

Installation went well, one instance that one window didn't fit quite rite but they came out the next day & fixed it properly; They have an excellent customer service; Everybody in the company was pleasant & easy to work with including the owner, was able to talk to the owner myself.

Not the lowest or highest of quotes received but a competitive quote for the quality of the windows - Sunrise Restoration. Quoted order to installation timing was kept. Knowledgable and experienced personnel at every step of the project - sales, project management and installation. Very pleased with entire project. Would definetely recommend both product and Durante.

We didn't have clue what were were doing going into process. The salesperson was not pushy at all, he was extremely helpful. He wanted to know what our expectations were and what our budget was. He worked with us to get what we wanted. They're wonderful.

The salesman came out and stated that he would replace my windows and leave the same framing however when they came out replace the windows I was informed that they could not replace the widows with the existing framing. The new windows came out great but I was disappointed because the only reason i was replacing the windows was because the salesman had promised to use the same framing.

The process went smoothly from the very beginning. The salesperson, Chris Teague, was well prepared, very knowledgeable, professional and courteous, responded to our e-mails promptly, and was very reassuring. The installation process was perfect: Lenny and Os were punctual, neat, careful, and considerate. Joe Armstrong, their supervisor, was on top of things and made sure that we were completely satisfied. All in all, they spent a day and a half, and we got exactly what we wanted and expected: very high quality windows (the Sunrise, an upgrade from the Essentials) and a worry-free installation.

Every contact was professional and very knowledgeable. Everything was fully explained with pros and cons discussed when appropriate. I had a problem with one of the new gutters but that was satisfactorily resolved. The entire project went very well. The sales consultant, Lee Raybon, was so very patient answering all of our questions and giving quotes for different window options. There was absolutely no pressure from Lee to purchase the windows. He spent a great amount of time asking us questions to determine our needs. The sales process and the quality of the windows is what "sold" us. Next the project manager, Jerry Minor, came and measured each of the windows to be replaced. He too spent a great deal of time answering questions that we had. After about 6 weeks we were contacted by the installers, Jeff and Randy. The installers for Durante actually are employees of Durante and have been trained on the installation by the window manufacturer. Durante does not just contract the installation to subcontractors. Jeff and Randy spent 3 days installing the windows and were most pleasant to have in our home. They cleaned the work site every day, and the installation was fantastic. Yes, we paid more for the windows that we had anticipated, however, we feel that quality of windows themselves is superior to anything we could have gotten at big box store. And interacting with everyone on our project was wonderful! We only did half of the windows on this project, and are getting ready to contact Durante for the second half in the next month or so. Would we recommend Durante? You bet! We have told just about anyone who would listen what a great experience the whole project was from start to finish. The windows are extremely energy efficient and our power bill has already decreased a bit since the installation, so we really are excited about having the other half of the windows done.
