Duraplex installed a metal roof on my house and barn. It came out great and i was very happy with the outcome. The owner and the crew are very professional and punctual. They also made sure to clean up after the work. I would recommend this company to my family and friends!

"When we first talked to you, you pointed out the stains in the ceiling of your living room at the front part of your house. We advised you that you need to replace your roof because of the crack shingles but you opt out for silicone repair. We agreed to the silicone repair but clearly warned you that there's a 50/50 chance that it will work or not as the shingles were already severely aged. We fulfilled what was stated in the contract and even went there 3 times to try to fix the problem. As the old saying goes, sometimes you cannot fix what's already broken. We hope all the best for you. All of your other neighbors that we did work for are very happy with what we did for them. We continue to have a long lasting relationship with your neighbors for doing roof maintenance, any repairs and roof replacement. We've been in service for over a decade and we are proud to continue serving Northwest Arkansas for decades to come with a Duraplex difference that we provide."

Travis' roofing team showed up early and got to work. The job went quickly and professionally. The roofers were careful to clean up everything before they left. They really did a good job I had another roofer come and inspect their work and he said everything was done correctly to uphold the shingles factory warranty. Apparently many roofers cut cost by using an inferior top shingle for the ridge causing the shingle's warranty to be void. <br /> I would use Duraplex roofing in the future. <br />

I was concerned about some shingles that were curling up and called Travas Jones of Duraplex. He had replaced the roof on my previous house because of hail damage and I was happy with his work. Travas himself came out and did the necessary repairs (giving up much of his Saturday). Very pleased with the work Duraplex does and would not hesitate to call them again, if needed. <br />

Very professional, friendly, and prompt service. They took time to explain what had caused the damages to the roof and what needed to be done to prevent the damages from re-occurring. Also, they explained the benefits of a full roof replacement vs just repairing the damaged area. <br />

The first time that we were scheduled for our roof repair was on a Friday and nobody showed up or even called us to reschedule. I emailed on Sunday asking for another date for our roof repair. The owner called me on Monday and apologized for his crew not making it out to our house. I asked him to work us in sometime before Thursday due to heavy thunderstorms that were forecast for that day and we had missing shingles. He promised he would get it done before then. Two guys finally showed up at 8:00 a.m. on Thursday morning and hurriedly did the repairs under dark overcast skies with thunder rumbling in the distance....pretty scary. They finished just as rain started falling. The owner called me right after they finished and told me he would come out in the next week or so to do an inspection of the repairs and finish up anything that was needed. I was glad to hear that because they were supposed to blow out any debris that might have gotten in the gutters and I very much doubted that they had had time to do that. Also it looked to me like a couple of shingles on the ridge of the roof were bumped up and I was curious why the shingles were so much lighter colored than what was already on the roof....wasn't there a closer match than that? I never heard another word from the owner about doing the inspection so I called him on 10/17/14 and left a message asking when he might be going to do that inspection. When he called me back he asked if my roof was leaking. I said it wasn't but I would still like to have him inspect it as he had assured me he would. He asked if he could email me after the weekend to see what their schedule was going to be for the coming week and I said that would be fine. Well, surprise, surprise, it's over a week later and I've never heard another word. I feel that if you say you're going to do something, then do it. Don't make your customer hound you to get it done. <br />

The same color was used to replace any missing shingles; unfortunately, an exact color match can be difficult when the existing roof has been faded by sunlight over many years. <p>The two Duraplex roofers showed up on time as expected, to repair a roof valley which had been leaking during heavy ice/snow buildup last winter. Upon removing the shingles in the roof valley, the roofers placed a rain/ice barrier along the entire length of the valley, before nailing down new GAF shingles. The roofers also discovered a vent pipe that had flashing installed incorrectly, which they corrected - at no extra charge to me.</p> <p>Upon finishing up with the valley repair, Duraplex also had the roofers caulk several nails that were exposed on other sections of the roof, which he had identified as potential future sources for leaks, during the initial examination of the roof condition.</p> <p>Overall, I was impressed with the professionalism of the team that Duraplex used to make the repairs on may roof, and the fact that Duraplex did not charge me extra when the roof repair took more squares of GAF shingles than what he originally estimated for the repair.</p> <p>I would highly recommend this company for any roof repair work or full roof replacements you may need!</p> <br />

It went very well. Travas helped us navigate and negotiate with our insurance company. He also was able to obtain some higher-end shingles for the same price as the type we already had, so we were able to make an upgrade at no extra cost. The finished product looks great. They replaced the flashing and siliconed around the chimney and painted all the vent pipes to match the shingle color. Travas was very patient and helpful in dealing with the insurance company, which took a while and was frustrating at times. <br /> Overall very pleased with the work and end result. <br />

I was very pleased. I had a tree fall on one corner of my house. Another company that I called said that the insurance would only cover the corner that had been damaged by the tree. However, Duraplex worked with the insurance adjuster and convinced him that there was hail damage to my roof . Consequently, the insurance company covered the cost of replacing not only the roof on my house but the sheds as well. I did have a problem with the roof of one the sheds because I noticed that they had missed replacing some of the boards under the roof that had been damaged by water. I contacted the owner, he came out the next day to look at it and his crew arrived the following day to take care of it. <br />

I could not recommend Travis and his team any stronger. My roof is a good sized roof with a very sharp pitch and lots of different angles and they handled it professionally and efficiently. I was having landscaping done at the time as well and he worked with my landscaper to make sure that everything went great. Duraplex is not the cheapest roofing company, but you get what you pay for.

I called Travis of Duraplex LLC to give me an estimate on what needed to be done on a rental property that I own in Fayetteville, AR. Travis was on the scene a few hours later to inspect the roof, and he immediately called me to say that my insurance company should cover a new roof because of hail and wind damage. He offered to contact my insurance company and interface with the insurance adjuster. I gave him the go ahead, and about a week later I had a new roof at minimal cost to me. The whole process was smooth, and took minimal effort on my part. <br /> I found Travis to be professional, prompt, and extremely conscientious in every detail. He is obviously out to grow a successful company, rather just simply make a living one roof at a time. I showed up on the scene to inspect the roof when his crew was about done, and found the work to be excellent. The crew was polite and professional as well. I noticed a few places that were not quite right, and when pointed out, they were fixed immediately. Travis said that he would have caught it on his final inspection as well and would have had it fixed, but I beat him to it. <br /> I highly recommend Duraplex, and would use them again if ever needed. <br />
