Dust Away Maid

We have used them about every 6 months and it has always been good. I have been happy with them. If I needed retouching on something, they always happily did without any problem.

The service was fine. We have one problem at my mother-in-law’s house. They accidentally broke the toilet sit. She and my wife still have to get it fixed and they promised to reimburse us.

<p>They've done a really good job, I'm very happy so far.</p> <p>John, the representative who answers the phone when you call, has always been very nice, professional, helpful and accommodating every time that I've interacted with him. </p> <p>The cleaning team has also been extremely nice, punctual and thorough. Very open to any requests for specific areas to clean, areas to focus on, etc. </p> <p>I have them returning every 3 weeks. Very satisfied so far. </p> <br />

..They spent a lot of time up stairs cleaning a bedroom and two bathrooms. The end result was satisfactory.  The living room and dining room were alright, however, a 72 year old candle holder was broken and nothing was said. The kitchen was poorly taken care of. The family room  and office were satisfactory. <br /> The problem was the same as any other agency.  They are in such a hurry to leave that they are careless and do not treat your property with respect. <br />

The cleaners were supposed to arrive at 1pm and be done by 3pm. At 1pm, they had not arrived. I called their customer service line and the gentlemen told me they were stuck in traffic and that they would be there in 15 minutes. 30 minutes passed and they still had not arrived. I called again, and again, was told they were 15 minutes away. I waited another 30 minutes and they still had not arrived. Finally, just before 3pm, two very nice young ladies arrived and apologized profusely for being late. Since I was already late for work, I asked them to call me when they were close to finishing up so I could come and lock up. This was an empty condo, only 900 square feet ,that needed a cleaning. They performed the job decently and afterwards I received a 50 refund from them for being almost 2 hours late, so all in all, it was an OK experience but their timeliness and professionalism is lacking. Had I not called and asked where they were, I would never know they were running late. <br />

I am very happy with every aspect of the work done by Gaby and Lisa of Dust Away Maids.  They showed up on time, were both very pleasant and professional, and they worked non-stop for two hours to clean my very dirty home.  Due to personal matters, I have not been able to do any proper housecleaning for about two months, so they had their work cut out for them. The two bathrooms were scrubbed, the carpets were vacuumed, the furniture was dusted (everywhere, nothing was missed),  the floors were mopped, the horizontal blinds were dusted, the kitchen cabinets were wiped clean along with all the counter tops, the embarrassingly-crusty stove top is now cleaner than it has ever been.   They even dusted the picture frames -- something I often forget to do.   I would surely hire them again in the future. <br />
