Feb. 4. Completed work, but in painting ceiling, he said paint in repair area may not match the rest of the ceiling, and if that were the case, he would come back and fix it. It didn't match. On Feb. 12, I texted Dustin & he requested a photo. I immediately sent that and he agreed to do the work "in a week or so." Not hearing from him, I sent a text Mar. 8, "Hey Dustin, just a reminder, do you have me on your schedule?" I have heard nothing back from him since then. Overall I am satisfied with the work, but I paid him to finish the job, and it is not finished. As to the question, Would I use this provider again, will be dependent on whether he completes the job satisfactorily.

Work is meticulous.

I am extremely pleased with the work performed by Dustin Mills and his team. The new roof is watertight and looks beautiful. The new gutters move water much more effectively than the old, and the gutter guards keep the leaves from clogging them. Dustin took the time to explain the work being performed, and patiently answered all of my questions. His crew was timely and professional, and left the property clean and tidy when finished. The quoted price was quite fair for the high quality of work delivered. I would hire this contractor again for additional home improvement projects.

Dustin, William, and his team did an excellent job on our project. For 2 years, we struggled to get anyone out here to even provide a quote. Dustin showed up in a timely manner, provided us a quote, and put us on the schedule in no time. Dustin and the team ran into multiple challenges when replacing our cedar siding with cement board. These challenges had nothing to do with their capabilities, but were a result of the weather, and the placement of our house. Dustin and team persevered and kept control of the project and timeline. Their level of detail is impeccable. We were extremely impressed with the overall results of the siding. The caulking and painting are flawless. We will hire Dustin and his team in a heartbeat just for the sheer fact that they showed up and did an amazing job. However, what truly sets Dustin apart from the others is his level of customer service! He constantly communicated to us even during the challenges, always answered our questions, and addressed all our concerns. Towards the end of the project, a small tree was slightly damaged by accident. He went out and found an identical tree, brought his young son and his friend, and planted this tree on their own time. Not only does he exude character and strong values, he leveraged this opportunity to teach his son and set the ultimate example. Dustin, William, and team, sincere appreciation for the outstanding service and work completed! We look forward to our next project and leveraging your expertise.

Dustin and his crew were fantastic. After putting a listing on Angie's List that I needed roof repair Dustin called me within an hour. Then he was able to be at my house 3 hours later to diagnose the issue. Made sure to walk me through what was wrong and showed me pictures to help me understand what needed to be done. 4 hours after that I had a quote for the repair work, which I felt was a fair price, and was out the next day to do the work. 25 hours after I had consulted Angie's list Dustin and his team had my roof fixed. He is professional, punctual and does quality work. Dustin is someone you'll want in your contact list for future jobs, I know he is in my list now.

Dustin came out and looked at what needed to be done. He then sent the estimate. We sent him half the amount owed as down payment. It took him about two weeks to get here for the repair. He and an assistant took about 5-6 hours to do the work. Dustin checked in a couple of times to clarify some details. They did a thorough cleanup afterwards. It all looks great!

Angie’s List We hired Dustin Miller Renovations on the basis of good reviews on Angie’s List and we weren’t disappointed. Our home needed a new roof and we also wanted to add a screen-in porch over our existing deck. We wanted the same company to do both jobs and Dustin was willing. The month-long project resulted in a beautiful porch that exceeded our expectations in many ways. Dustin paid attention to detail and was easy to work with, always open to our suggestions and comments. We are happy to recommend him.

This company was professional and reliable. Even with bad weather, they stayed on schedule. The end result was beautiful, innovative and beyond my expectations.

We had never met Dustin before this experience. He came out and gave our roof a free evaluation before we decided to file an insurance claim. During his walk around, he noticed some objects in the gutter of our 2-story home and essentially cleaned our gutter for us while he looked around. That was above and beyond. He also made sure we understood he would personally be overseeing the work and be up there right beside the crew nearly every step of the way. He rearranged his schedule to fit the insurance claim adjusters schedule so that Dustin could assist the adjuster with the roof’s assessment. In the end, insurance paid it all. Dustin showed up when he said he would, was very good about keeping us updated on the progress, and was mindful and great with our 5 kids. They cleaned the area up very well, running the lawn magnet multiple times to ensure no stray nails. Even though he was short a person one day, he made sure to account for that and still got the roof done on time. It was impressive to watch Dustin manage the admin and the physical labor so seamlessly. We were happy with the end result and the experience that he brought with him. He comes from a long line of roofers and explained early on he enjoys doing it. This showed in the level of detail he gave to his product and services. One last testament to his character: while on our roof he noticed the neighbor’s roof had more obvious hail damage than even our roof did. He mentioned it to us and suggested we tell the neighbor. However, he made it clear this was just a friendly observation and not to give out his card and information unless the neighbor asked. Given the number of storm chasers we have had in our neighborhood banging on our doors to try and get roofing business, it was very refreshing to see Dustin purely just wanting the neighbor to be aware of what was going on up on top of the two story and not simply trying to drum up more business. With that said, the neighbor insisted we supply Dustin’s information as ‘He saw the damage and I appreciate him asking you to say something without pressuring me.” Even if that was Dustin’s hope the whole time, I think that way of doing business is how one earns respect and trust. Bottom line: Dustin Mills Renovations did an excellent job, were polite and professional, great with our kids and dog, and got the job done on time and on budget. We would definitely use them again!

Very well. They were all very professional and polite. Put down plastic mats over my carpets, even explained things as they went if I asked questions. Also cleaned up after themselves. I would HIGHLY recommend Dustin! He is professional, efficient, courteous, and respectful. I felt very comfortable with him in my home for a few hours at a time. He accidentally broke a candle on his first visit (and was mortified). He not only insisted on reducing my fee, but then one week later I received a replacement candle in the mail that he had shipped to my house! A true sign of his integrity and character.

Excellent, he returned my call in about 5 or 10 minutes and the roof was fixed the following day. I had a hard time finding someone who does small jobs as well as entire roofs. I highly recommend Dustin.
