Dusty did a wonderful job on our Oak Tree, but I have tried reaching out to him several times since, as has my neighbor, and neither of us has gotten so much as a courtesy call back...Such a great first impression and then to go completely unresponsive...Very disappointing.

he canceled three times before he showed up. I asked him to trim off more then he wanted to. He refused on two of the trees as he said he was all packed up even though I had asked before they started cleaning up. He also broke some of my curb it. Would not use him again. Now, I have to get someone else to trim as the trees are still too close to the pool cage.

"This customer was very uneducated about their trees, we did what was healthy for the trees by trimming them back without killing them. They were not close to the pool cage when we completed and the trees were professionally done. We rescheduled because of the weather since it has been raining for the last month and was never aware of any broken curbs until reading this now. With over 15 years of experience I have never dealt with this. Customer haggled about prices multiple times and would rather not deal with customers like this. Warning to next company that works for them, charge appropriately. If there is EVER a problem on one of my jobs, I ALWAYS fix it and make it right WHEN notified. I never had a call about any problems or anything until now. Once the job was completed she wanted extra work for free. I drove 45 minutes out of my [Member Information Removed] for this job."

Dusty and his crew appeared in just a few hours, cleared the fallen limb and debris. They trimmed what was left of the limb and removed another for safety reasons. This is the second occasion we have had Dusty & Crew work for us and are completely satisfied with the promptness, quality of work and cost. Thank you Dusty & Crew!

My husband and I were concerned especially about our big Golden Trumpet tree because some of the branches were dead, some were hanging over our garage and some getting very close to the neighbor's roof but we also have a lovely Bottle Brush tree that had suffered some damage and needed help. These folks came and knew exactly what to do, by the time they finished both trees looked fantastic and didn't endanger anything, we couldn't be happier.

It went great. These guys worked so hard and did an amazing job. They knew what they were doing and it was very impressive to watch. The trees came down in a very controlled way and exactly where they wanted them to. It was a big job an they got it all done in one day. They also cleaned up the yard and spread out the mulch. The workers showed up exactly as promised. They worked quickly, cleaned up the trees and debris. They did a beautiful job trimming and shaping the oak trees. Dusty was very easy to work with and very attentive to what I needed to have done. Excellent job. Highly recommend

We are very pleased. Dusty Bear was prompt with an estimate and with scheduling. The team did the work as we had wanted, aggressively thinning out a large Carrotwood, trimming two palms, and trimming a lot of (years of neglected) overgrowth and raising the canopy on large oaks, in our back yard, enhancing our view. The team worked effectively and checked with us to make sure all was how we wanted. They were very nice to deal with and left the property very neat. We would call them again; may do so annually to keep things from getting so overgrown.

Dusty has been trimming our palms for us since we moved here over 2 years ago. We have 10 palm trees that take him about 2 hours to trim. We tried a couple other services but he is definitely the best. He's extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer many questions we had about palm trees etc. especially since we knew nothing about them before we moved here. His crew works quickly and they clean-up the entire area including blowing off our pool cage! I like the way they trim the ball of the palm to get rid of the shaggy "stuff". His prices are very reasonable and includes dumping the foliage. He brings in professional equipment to do the job and he supervises his crew and checks to make sure the job is done properly. Give him a chance, you won't be disappointed.

These guys did not just trim my trees, they transformed my yard. Reclinata or date palms are beautiful, but viscious trees with sharp spines. Mine had become wildly overgrown and messy. These guys came the day I called to price the service and were there to do the work a few days later. I suspect it took a little longer than anticipated but they were done the next morning. All debris was removed and the yard was looking better than ever. I didn't even try to use the coupon available through Angies list because it was worth every penny.

We can’t say enough positive things about this young man and his crew! Punctual and polite! They work like a well oiled machine! They removed a massive tree from our backyard which required the use of a crane and they were in, out, cleaned up and gone in just under 3 hours and the price was more than fair! Super happy with these guys!!!
