It went very good. They were professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. I will continue to use them.

We've dealt with them on and off for plumbing, heating and air conditioning for 20 years.

They did a great job from sales to installation. I have used them for service lately as well and would gladly use them again. They seem to value retaining their employees vs some of the other companies that I have used and I believe that helps set them apart.

<p>Plumber arrived on time, performed an evaluation of the situation, fixed the problem promptly and suggested a minor improvement to the system as designed. I have hired this company three times now and would do so again for any plumbing needs.</p> <br />

<p>Of course with the leaking heat exchanger I needed to have it repaired (partially warranted by Carrier) or replace the furnace. I elected to get a new furnace with heat exchanger warranty applied to the cost. While I was disappointed that Dand W did not diagnose the root problem earlier, I do have to commend them on their response after the proper diagnoses in the midst of a frigid winter and the fact that we were scheduled to be away for a time period the following week. Both their sales rep. and installers were very courteous, efficient and accommodating to facilitate a completed installation of a new furnace before our departure the following week. I do feel that they should have discovered the problem with the original furnace earlier since the symptoms remained the same after the repair visits.</p> . <br />

Matt showed up early, was super polite, and very interactive. I had done some research on what we wanted done and Matt worked with me to address the piping situation based on what I wanted to accomplish. After removing the pipe, he set both toilets using some plumbing-wizardy to get them sealed and level. He made sure I was comfortable with where he'd left the project and verify that I didn't want the toilets caulked until we were sure there were no leaks. He cleaned up his work area, leaving no trace that he was there. <br /> I haven't seen the bill yet, but I was paying for a truck roll + his time. Based on my estimation of the cost, it was certainly worth it to have a professional out to cut and cap the pipe as well as correctly set a couple toilets on a finicky floor. I appreciate that Matt was willing to work with me on what I wanted to have done and didn't prescribe what he was going to do. I'd certainly hire D and W again the next time I come across something outside the boundaries of normal plumbing. <br />

Arrived promptly, was courteous and efficient. Bill submitted promptly, by my specific request. Will use again, if and when needed. <br />

Installers were great and the installation was very well done. The only issue was the electrical work they subed out left some insulation out of place. Overall dand w was very professional and I would use them again. They have also followed up on my post install questions. <br />

Had 3 estimates, but went with Dand W Mechanical due to price and gut feeling after talking with each rep. Originally received written estimate on 3 May from Dand W; Pat was their rep who specialized in water softeners since that was on of our main concerns. We were very happy with Pat; seemed very competent, trustworthy, and reliable. We wanted him to be the person doing the work, but decided not to get the work done until late September. The Company honored original quote and all work was completed very professionally on 24 September; couldn't be happier with price, quality of work, professionalism and courtesy. I originally choose this company due to previous Angie's List recommendations and it worked out very well. Pat is the best Plumber I have dealt with; have talked to him on the phone and in person several times and would prefer him to do any furture plumbing work required at our home and recommend both him and his company. <br />

They are a little pricey, but they do a good job The people are fine, they are good. They have the technical competence, and they are very professional.

<p>Kitchen sink backed up on a Sat. Provider came out within a few hours and spent at least 3 hours trying to figure out what was wrong with our plumbing. He worked continuously the entire time and finally found the clog on the way to the septic tank. Required extensive troubleshooting to locate the blockage. <br /> <br /><br /> <br />Very professional and prompt. </p> <br />
