He was scheduled to come on a different day, but his van broke down.  We rescheduled...we were in no hurry and it worked out just fine. <br />

Excellent job - I would rate an A++ if I could! <br /> All of my communication with this self-employee company were the best.  We planned the appointment promptly.  The appointment had to be postponed because of rain.  This rearrangement was hassle free.  Ronaldo, the company owner, called me two days in advance when rain was predicted.  We agreed on a new date.  He confirmed one day ahead of the new date.  He arrived promptly on the day/time. <br /> DXG uses a machine that minimizes water usage, so the water supply needed is brought in their truck.  All that is needed is an electric outlet.  Ronaldo was extremely detail-oriented and thorough.  My car is 10 years old, mostly garage-kept.  The detailing - both inside and out  - were of the highest quality.  The shine was also a protective sealant.  Ronaldo was very personable and interested in doing a professional job.  I've already recommended his service to friends. <br />

The service went fine. My husband also paid an additional fee to have them do some extra detailing. The staff was very nice and accommodating. They did a good job and we would not hesitate to use them again. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

<p>The wash and wax looks good and the inside was clean.  </p> <p><br /></p> <p>For some reason, the trunk didn't get vacuumed out.  I'd cleared it out so was disappointed to find they hadn't done it.  Also, not all the door compartments got cleaned.</p> <br />

Did a wonderful job, but trunk cleaning wasn't included.  They did a wonderful job on cleaning my back seat!  It looked new. <br />

Ronaldo contacted me by e-mail the day I purchased the Angie's List coupon. I responded with information about when the car would be available and some possible dates to have the work done. I then received a phone call to schedule. Ronaldo arrived promptly at the scheduled time and began work immediately. He worked steadily for at least two hours (possibly more) and the results were very pleasing. The inside of the car was thoroughly vacuumed, and I do mean thoroughly. There was not a speck of anything to be seen which is amazing since we have dogs and live on a small farm. At the time of scheduling he had asked about spots and any areas that might need extra cleaning. The interior of the car was cleaned and treated. The windows and moon roof were spotless. I did not watch how he cleaned the exterior but it definitely turned out very clean and shiny and there was no residue or mess left on the driveway. The wheels have not been that clean since the car was new and the tires were treated. Overall it was an excellent job. Ronaldo was courteous and professional and very pleasant to deal with. He seems to be a young man willing to work hard to establish his business and understands that the customer must be happy. We are and will definitely use his service again. After several years of commercial car washes the car looks almost new again. It definitely needs this type of service periodically. We requested a few of his business cards and will recommended him to friends. You can't beat the convenience of having this service done in your own driveway. <br />
