Dynamic Air Solutions is a family owned and operated HVAC company, that has been in business since 2003. We are licensed, bonded and insured company, with a Registar of Contractors complaint-free record. Since opening, we offered customers "Quality Service with Honest Prices". While the industry standard on repairs is 30 day parts and 1 year labor, we warranty our work for 2 years. If ever our parts fail within the warranty period, we will come out, at no charge, and correct the problem. We service all makes and models, both residential and commercial. The service went as expected. Technician arrived on time and performed the services requested. I do not have a strong working knowledge of AC units or Heating and Cooling in general. That being said I have no idea if the recommended replacement of the units 'Start Capacitors' was truly necessary and they were quite pricy. I did the replacement as I was informed by the technician they typically last 5 to 7 years and my unit was 7 years old. He said they looked worn and were likely causing me to lose efficiency on my units. My $40 service jumped to just under $500. After researching the capacitors online, I am quite certain I was charged high end retail for the capacitors plus a hefty installation premium. This is the reason that I would likely not use Dynamic in the future. <br />

It turned out to be a pump that needed to be replaced. I found this company through Angie's List last fall and have used them for other repairs. I called Angie's List to see if I should use them again. Alex the owner is very qualified and that I am in good hands. I feel like I am probably not going to be sold something I don't need. I felt the fee was accurate, and he is so far the best one I have found about this evaporator cooler. I would use him again.

Frank came out to do a yearly maintenance/tune-up and he was extremely thorough. In fact, I've never had such a thorough inspection of our units. He inspected the units to the nth degree. He found 3 relatively inexpensive (as compared to having to buy new motors or compressors) parts that were going bad and needed to be replaced to keep the motors from burning out. I'm amazed at how each system is cooling now. I had no idea that the units weren't cooling like they were supposed to. Frank must have been here 3 hours inspecting everything. He was prompt and professional. He got right to work as soon as he arrived. He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing and how the units should work. I got a lesson in air conditioners. He even had a diagram to show me where and why the parts needed replacing. <br /> <br /> They will be servicing my hvac from now on.-

A competitor visited my house to perform the first maintenance check-up I'd had on my 5-ton split level heat pump system. They pointed out that I had a bad refrigerant leak and needed to replace the unit. Naturally, I was skeptical of being upsold in a major way. A colleague referred me to Dynamic Air Solutions (DAS). The owner-operator Alex visited my house to assess the situation. In a candid manner, he pointed out that my A/C unit was slightly low on coolant, but there was in fact NOT a gaping leak. However, he did point out that my A/C unit was low-quality and the installation had been done in an inefficient manner. Frustrated by very high electric bills in the summer, I was ready to invest in a better A/C unit. Alex set me up with the right unit at the right price. Alex and his team performed the installation with deep expertise and extra care. I was very satisfied with the value proposition they provided.
