The thermostat they originally were supposed to install would not work because lack of wires and they didn’t want to run an extra wire because of the hassle of going into the crawl space, so they installed this really cheap thermostat that is a piece of crap. They repositions the filter location to a better place didn’t work so I fixed it myself and . They told me that I would qualify for a rebate and that’s not true. I guess I should’ve spent a little more and got great service.
