Angel responded to my call almost immediately. He stopped by that afternoon to assess the job and gave me a quote later that day. He was able to schedule the work within several days after that. While he was here, I asked him to take a look at the toilet, which was not flusing properly. He was able to order a replacement flush handle from the manufacturer at no cost and once it arrived, he came back and installed it for no additional charge. All in all, a very good experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for any plumbing or heating issue and recommend him highly.

Late Friday night, we realized there was water in the basement due to the water heater. At the time, it looked like the relief valve. So I called Angel Saturday morning, and he agreed to come right over and take a look. Once he arrived, he realized it wasn't just the relief valve, and the heater would need to be replaced. He then devoted the rest of the afternoon to obtaining a heater for me and doing the replacement. He was careful, professional, and very safety conscious.

I'd been meaning to find a quality plumber more local to me than the one I'd been using and kept putting it off. Disaster struck yesterday when our hot water heater decided to start leaking water everywhere so in a hurry I decided to focus on "local" and not worry on "quality". Luckily I got both, and fast to boot! I've seen friends of mine go through hot water replacement and it always winds up being a multi-day affair, in this case I had someone at my house less than an hour after I called and by the end of the day we were good to go. Angel pointed out a handful of things surrounding our old heater which also needed improvement, not surprising considering our house predates indoor plumbing and things have just been grafted in here and there over the decades. He even pointed out some electrical work that he recommended we look into having done, again not surprising but it was another sign that he cared about quality and is looking out for his customers. I couldn't have been happier with the whole process and am pleased that I've managed to find a quality, local plumber after all.

<hr /> Angel was professional from start to finish and did a great job with my tankless hot water heater installation. They removed the old water heater, ran new gas lines and installed a new exhaust through my concrete foundation. Instead of just hammering at my foundation to get the new exhaust in, they used a special drill which did the job cleanly with minimal disturbance to the foundation. Everything was done on time and on budget and there were no surprises. Angel even provided me with the paperwork for my tax rebate. I will certainly use them again. <hr /> <br />

Everything turned out well. Kumar was thorough and punctual, friendly and accommodating, and did a good job with the faucet's installation. He was also very informative and did a good job of coordinating his work with that of my carpenter who was working on some cabinetry at the time.

I can't say enough about this plumbing company. Angel and his team were wonderful and quick to respond to all of our needs. We recently bought an older home that needed many updates. I had reached out to several plumbers but didn't feel good about any of them. Angel showed up and was very honest (which is rare) with what needed to be done. I didn't feel like I was getting taken advantage of at all. Dynamic Plumbing was there quickly and responded to every call...even on the weekends. He was very knowledgeable and able to give advice as to how to do things the right way but also that saved us money. The work was done in a timely fashion and very clean. We knew from the home inspection that we had a lot of work that was going to need to be done, but Angel laid it out nicely for us. We also told him what we would be looking to do in the future (adding another floor above us) and he incorporated those ideas when he was working so that we won’t have any problems with expansion in the future. Overall, an amazing company to use and I will continue to use in the future.

They coordinated with the town guy who had to turn off the water to the house and then turn it back on. The total work took 2 hours. The work was done in a professional manner. The only thing is that the work was discretionary and I had engaged this vendor for another job at home, where he highlighted these problems. I feel that had I not done anything, I would still have been okay.

The two toilets started showing the same problems a few days after the guy performed the work. The refrigerator work was perfect. <br /> While doing the work, the guy indicated that I might have to replace my entire toilet if the adjustment did not work. I went to home depot right after to buy a new toilet and the guy there said, there is no need to buy a whole new toilet. I can just get the flushing assembly and replace it myself. That cost me $15 (per toilet) for the assembly. I googled how to do the work and did it myself for both my toilets. I haven't had a problem ever since. <br /> So my impression was that this person was only looking to get additional work. He also recommended fixing the pipes in the main water line, which I have reviewed separately. He painted a very dire picture of my basement flooding, so I decided to get the work done. That cost me an additional $650. <br />

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was good. The plumber said he would send me a quote to fix the other things, but I have not seen it yet. He was a very nice guy and came on time. He was pretty good about explaining things and the work turned out fine.

I had two faucets I wanted installed, which went without complication although he warned there could be problems with old plumbing. The parts needed (new lines) were more expensive than if I had supplied them myself, but he did have them and all finished in two hours as promised.

We replaced a 40 yr old washing machine with a new front loader. The old pipes couldn't keep up with the pressure and started knocking very badly. I called Angel at Dynamic Plumbing prior to purchasing the Angie's List Big Deal to make sure that it could be used for what we needed. Angel asked me to send him photos of the current pipes/connection to the washing machine. That way he was able to give us an accurate assessment of what was required, as well as an estimate for the time/materials that would be outside the Big Deal. Angel actually set-up the appointment for the visit before I purchased the Big Deal. Great service, prompt, pleasure to deal with Dynamic Plumbing. <br />

My experience with Angel and his crew was great. From the initial phone conversation to the end of the project, Angel was always professional, punctual, and clear in what he was going to do. He patiently explained isues he discovered with the existing piping and tankless water heater, and provided various options as well as recommendations. Dynamic Plumbing continues to be the company that I turn to for all my plumbing needs. The service is unbelievable and the response is so quick. <br /> My old toilet had been leaking and I needed a new one so I picked one up at Home Depot on the weekend and Angel was there that Monday to install it. Now the toilet is working great. <br /> Dynamic Plumbing's prices are reasonable, and Angel always responds quickly. He also follows up with you to make sure that you're satisfied with the job. Their communication was very good. It was a difficult problem that required a fairly expensive solution that I did not follow through with so they did a more temporary solution that, hopefully, will last for a while. They were prompt and told me all the options. They also worked with me on the options
