Dynamic Trades Services

This is not a handy man company, it is a scam. I hired little stevie to replace my toilet, bathtub, bathroom sink. As well as do some minor repairs, that were easy enough for an amateur to do (might as well have the professional take care of them while he was here, i thought) He swore he could have it all done in a couple of days. IT TOOK THIS "COMPANY" NEARLY TWO MONTHS TO FINISH. He had strange, unsavory people running over my house the whole time, coming and going without informing me what they were doing. They destroyed my carpet in the process, damaged my lawn and worst of all SOME OF MY VALUABLES WENT MISSING (I am not the type to make accusations without proof). and in the end I had to call in a real professional to fix pretty much everything he did.

I initially spoke with the owner and he said I would be contacted by his wife to schedule an appointment.  After about 2 weeks I had still not heard anything from her.  I called back, they scheduled an appointment.  They then called 1 hour prior to the appointment and cancelled.  For the rescheduled appointment they sent out a younger guy, who is their son, who was 2 hours late.  I never got a call saying he would be late.  I had to continually call to check if they were still coming.  When they finally got the sliding glass door off they said they were going to run down to home depot to get a new wheel and should be right back.  About 5 hours later I finally got a phone call saying they were unable to find the part and would need to special order it and it should be in in about 2-3 days.  Three weeks later and after several unreturned phone calls, I finally got a call back saying that my part had come in and they would be up to fix the door.  At the end of the service right before I was about to right a check they almost doubled the price saying it was due to the cost of the wheel.  At the end of this fiasco the door still doesn't open any better than it did before.  I was so exhausted from dealing with these people that I just let it go, but I will not be recommending them or using their services in the future.  <br />
