Jesse came out the next day and tried a few different easy repairs to the until but found it simply was not able to be repaired completely. A new unit was suggested. My husband and I discussed the pricing and we're impressed with the name brand and size of the new unit we'd be getting along with the one year SAC financing. The until was installed the next day and it's like we have a whole new home with our new AC system.

The service was awesome. They have been out to the house three times, and every time has been a great experience. The techs are always polite, and really help me uderstand whats going on. If you want a fair and honest heating and cooling company Dynasty is the way to go. They are the only HVAC company I will use.

It went terrible! I only gave them an A for responsiveness because the receptionist called me minutes after I filed my claim to put me on the schedule and she was really nice and helpful. My appointment was suppose to be the next morning between 8am and noon. Jesse was to be my technician. He didn't show up until after 1. He was very rude and arrogant. I tried to explain to him what my system was doing but he said he did not care. I was told I would need a part, the receptionist would call and he would return the next day. 20 minutes after he left the receptionist did call and scheduled me for the next day 12-4. He didn't show up the next day. When I called him he said that my part was not in yet. When I finally got my part it still didn't work. The second time Jesse came he put in a control board and tried everything. When I had another company came they said he fried my entire system. He would not answer my calls after that. HWA my warranty company told me to take it up with him. The receptionist would answer but he would never call me back or answer when I would call him, leave him voice mails or even text him. I had to pay for a whole new system out of my pocket.

The Dynasty team came out diagnosed the situation, explained everything so I could understand and made it happen. The whole furnace needed to be replaced and they banged it out with in a couple hours. My house is warm and comfortable now! I can not stress the great level of professionalism and work they put in to get my family back in to the warm! Thank you Dynasty Team!

This all started in December when I found frost built up on my heat pump. Dynasty came out, ordered a new part, and replaced it within a few days. I had to wait until it was warm enough for the unit to defrost on its own before I knew whether or not the repair worked. The system was 20+ years old, so I knew that I'd have to have it replaced if the repair didn't help. It didn't. Dynasty came back out to assess the problem again and ordered a new heat pump and air handler. I was most impressed with the customer service I received. They were very responsive to my questions and concerns and got the job done in just a few hours!

"Ok. Ma'am, you had a bad experience brought on by your home warranty company and also by yourself. We did not do any work for you and we were never hired by you. You never gave us a single penny of your money. You filed a claim with your terrible home warranty company. We were hired by your home warranty company. They hired us, not you. We went out to diagnose the problem. You had a bad condenser fan motor. We told you that day, on the spot and very clearly that as far as the repair went we had no control over what would happen from there. The warranty process is a long process. We made it abundantly clear that very first day that if you didn't want to wait for your warranty company to approve the repair, and it was their busiest time of the year, that you could pay full retail price and attempt to get the warranty company to later reimburse you. You had two options: pay for it yourself and have it fixed immediately or wait for the warranty company and be patient. You chose to wait on the warranty company. That was your decision. You then spent the next three days calling and complaining to us and cussing out one of the technicians, the receptionist and the manager and you demanded special treatment. We once again explained to you that unless you wanted to pay for the repair yourself you would have to wait for the warranty company to pay for it. We don't work for free. We won't work for free, just like no one else would. I could not have been more clear with you regarding the fact that if you wanted to save money you would have to wait on your warranty company. You wanted to have the repair done immediately but not pay for it yourself and also not allow us the opportunity to get authorization for the repair from the warranty company. It doesn't work that way. I explained that to you then, multiple times and am explaining it to you again now. The fact you didn't want it to be true, or you somehow thought you were more important or more special than anyone else we do work for did not and still does not entitle you to free labor. You had control of when the unit was repaired literally the entire time. You chose to wait. Now, due to the fact your outdoor unit had the model and serial number sticker removed after you moved in, your warranty company could not verify that the AC unit at your house was the same one that was there when the home inspection was done. Therefore, they denied your claim. They assumed the unit at your house to be a stolen unit. You even mentioned to me that the unit that was there was different than the unit when you first moved in, also indicating that the warranty company was correct in not covering the repair. You chose to eat for the warranty company who then denied your claim. At that point it was completely on you to pay for it yourself as the warranty company would not pay. Again, this wasn't good enough for you and you asked me to give you the chance to call the warranty company and see if you could get it worked out. So, after multiple calls made to that company and multiple threats made to both them and myself, I told you I wouldn't do work for you anymore and you would need a new contractor. End of story. You do not have the right to demand everyone adhere to you and when they don't you definitely don't have the right to call and threaten and cuss at everyone because you're not getting your way. We have done thousands of jobs through home warranty companies and sometimes we run into trouble explaining the process to people but most people catch on. Ma'am, we fired you as a customer because you cussed out my entire company and made unrealistic demands based on your inability to comprehend the situation. You did not call us retail. You never paid us a dime. We never did a repair for you. We will not give you back money you never gave us just because you want us to. If you have a problem it would be with your home inspector or your warranty company."

The technician showed up on time, diagnosed the issue and went to get the part and fixed it on the spot. I had a faulty inducer. The furnace is now working great! The receptionist was very polite and helpful also. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and professional! I would for sure use Dynasty again for any HVAC issue I might have.

Everyone we had to talk to or had come to our home from Dynasty was very professional. As this was a home warranty claim, Dynasty had to deal with the warranty company, which meant that there was a period of time in between diagnosis and repair where Dynasty waited for approval from the warranty company and to see what would be covered, but that is to be expected and you can't fault the HVAC company on that. In our case, Dynasty sent the quote (which was very reasonable for the work that was to be done) and in about a week, our warranty company contacted us to approve the out of pocket amount that we would have to pay. The next day we got a call from Dynasty to arrange the day for the install of the new system. On the day of the appointment, they showed up on-time and immediately got to work. They completed the job and checked to see that the system was working properly. The work that was done by Jesse and his crew is clean and neat and I would not hesitate to contact them/recommend Dynasty in the future for any HVAC needs.

Great! I was connected with Dynasty by the home warranty company processing my claim. Working with the warranty company was no fun, but Dynasty came through on their part. When I was frustrated and had questions about the warranty's non-covered charges, Jesse at Dynasty patiently answered my questions. Dynasty was responsive to my calls, provided an estimated arrival time and showed up, acted professionally while on the premises and was polite--in person and on the phone. I can't speak to cost because the work was done under warranty, so I did not get estimates from other companies.

They showed up when they said they would be here. They fixed my AC system the same day. We had a bad fan motor, the technician did not have one on his truck. He went to the supplier immediately and picked up the motor I needed, brought it back and installed it. My AC is now working great again. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. The receptionist was very polite and everyone I have spoken with at Dynasty have been very professional and polite. I would highly recommend Dynasty for your heating and cooling needs!
