Everything went well Eugene came on time to assess the problem. He order the necessary parts. He inspected the heating element before coming to do the installation. The new element Wes found to be defective. Another new element was ordered and properly installed. Eugene is very competent. I would definitely contact him for any future appliance repairs.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY CAME AND DID A REPAIR TO OUR WASHER AND IT STILL MAKES THE SAME NOISE AND CHARGED US FOR A MAINTENANCE ON DISHWASHER AND ONLY RAN AN AFFRESH TABLET THORUHG IT AND CHARGED US $120 TO DO IT. When I got the receipt it was all bundled together in one price of $320. I requested an itemized breakdown of the seperate jobs is when I found out he charged $120 for the Affresh. Now will not come back out to look at Washer!

Eugene came an assessed the problem with my dishwasher by running it through its cycles very thoroughly. He checked with the manufacturer for the necessary repair part; but unfortunately the part was not available due to the age of the machine. Eugene was very professional and personable. I will most likely use their service to install my new dishwasher.

Fantastic. From the minute that I touched base with Abel (who was the point of contact) I knew that I had made a great choice. Communication was excellent, clear of what to expect regarding the service and fee/charges, and follow up. I was scheduled for the estimate in a few days; the technician/repair guy showed up in the expected time window, was friendly and knowledgable. I was called back with 15 minutes with an estimate, which unfortuantely was not going to work (as the repair price was not worth it, compared to buying a new stove). However, I was told by another company, who also gave an estimate, that parts were not available and the stove could not be fixed; but they were able to find parts, telling me that I have confidence in their ability and service. Thank you Abel and your team.
