Manuel and his team are skilled experts of their trade, performing quality work efficiently. The team was always on time, prepared with the appropriate equipment and staffing, and proactive in communicating the next steps of the project. They did not blink when we wanted to add a covered front porch that would require manually building trusses. Manuel and his team went above and beyond for us and did not go unnoticed. My husband was the General Contractor on this project, completing many tasks himself. On several occasions, Manuel's team stepped in to assist with projects outside of the original scope of work such as roofing, HVAC, and hanging siding. Manuel was flexible and easy to work with. He provided advice and expertise when needed, proactively confirmed materials lists with us, and was accessible and present on the job site.
