About us
E3 INNOVATE, LLC is a Nashville-based, integrated home-performance company founded in 2008 by Erik Daugherty, Middle Tennessee's first LEED-AP Homes certified professional. We work with homeowners, architects, builders, and developers to create healthy, comfortable, efficient, and sustainable residential structures. An energy-efficient home isn’t just a money saver; it’s also a healthier, more enjoyable place for your family. We’ll visit your home and run our comprehensive diagnostics tests. We present a step-by-step plan to help create your ideal, comfortable, and energy-efficient home. E3’s full range of services includes implementation of our solution by our highly trained and educated staff. The proof is in the pudding. After implementation, we’ll present you with the numbers that show your home’s improvement. E3 INNOVATE has proudly donated over 10% of our net profits in services and materials for various low-income residential renovation and other non-profit projects in the Greater Nashville Area, as well as international projects such as Cap Haitien Children's Home.

"Hi [Member name removed], We greatly appreciate the feedback about our services and are happy to hear that you found us to be professional, friendly and timely. We also appreciate you letting us know that our pricing structure was a bit confusing and that the value of our services or the scope of our recommendations may not have been communicated clearly. Feedback like this helps our company continue to improve and we plan to use it as we review our proposal structure. As to why we don’t offer piecemeal pricing on individual services, such as your kneewall insulation, we have found after almost a decade in this business that spot-repairing insulation in a home offers very little help in the way of energy savings and is often a waste of money for homeowners. We have our customers’ best interests in mind when we run our in-depth tests of homes to determine the best plan for lowering energy consumption and increasing home comfort. This is almost always a mix of various services, including air sealing, (one of the most effective energy-saving upgrades), where the whole of the services is greater than the sum of their parts. We apologize for having not done a better job of explaining this to you. Thanks again for your feedback. We strive to be the best company we can, and hope to be able to serve you in the future. Thanks! E3 INNOVATE"
