Had ceramic tile installed on patio. Job was started 1 day after accepting quote and completed in 1 and 1/2 days. Technician was professional and polite. Work area was kept clean during job and completely cleaned when finished. Grout lines are straight and uniform.

They were very professional. Do not let your husband give direction, he did eliminate things I would have wanted cleaned. Not eMaintenance fault, they did a very good job.

I called with an urgent one time house cleaning request. The customer service was great. within 45 minute they told me they could have someone clean the house the same day. The price was reasonable and the maid Victoria was a hard worker who accomplished a good level of cleaning within about 4 hours. I would call them again.

EMaintenance just finished installing new door in my home. This is by far the best experience I ever had dealing with a company or mostly the owner Vadim. He is very polite, honest, on time and the work is done professionally he guest quality. Our door were old and we needed to be changed, I got quotes from 4 different companies, Emaintenance price was much more lower. Vadim came shortly after my call for a free estimate, measured a door and the price he gave me was the price I paid. Door was installed on time. Everything was exactly as I was promised. Super responsive painters. I needed a rush job done in my living room and bedroom and they were able to accommodate the very next day. They did an excellent job with the painting: very neat lines and the colors came out perfectly. I have had people come over commenting about how nice the walls were, which is not normally a focal point of any conversation!

We used eMaintenance to get remodel our kitchen. They did an excellent job throughout and we are thrilled with the outcome. We plan on using them again for our bedrooms/bathrooms and would recommend these guys without hesitation to friends or family. In fact we already have.
