My company, eNerd Global Repair, is a mobile computer/technology repair business that services residential and commercial clients. I repair desktops and laptops (both Apple and Microsoft), cell phones, tablets, printers, networks, home video and audio equipment, and more. I tell my clients that if it has an electronic heartbeat, I'll take a look at it. I'm known for my same-day service calls, free estimates, no driving fees, and 100% guarantee on all of my work. And if I cannot fix the problem (which has never happened), there is no cost. I do not think it is fair to charge a client if they are not completely satisfied. Customer service is very important to me. I love it when a client calls me six months or a year later to have me work on another device because they were so happy with my previous service. Even better is when they tell me that they've referred me to a family member.
