Ernesto, the owner, did a fine job of installing the backsplash. Unfortunately, the shower is a disaster. We removed a tub and converted the space to a large, walk-in shower ( 9' long and 4' wide) with a tile surround and floor. Ernesto indicated that he had ample experience to do the job. I told him to make sure that we didn't have any puddling, but he left a hump in the center so we have standing water where you exit the shower and the entire floor is wavy. We notified Ernesto of the problem and he indicated that he would fix it, but he didn't know when because he was busy. After repeated calls and broken promises, he finally committed to an appointment more than a month after I made him aware of the problem. The day of the appointment, he showed up more than an hour late from the promised arrival time. Because he was so late, I had to leave for another obligation and was unable to supervise the repair, but I explained the problem and used a level to show him the hump. He said that he would fix it and later sent me a picture showing where he had removed a section roughly 2' x 2'. He told me that he had lowered the hump and thought that this would fix the problem. Unfortunately, the problem is now worse (the puddle is bigger) and to make matters worse, now the grout lines do not match so you can easily see where the section was removed. We have to squeegee the floor after each shower to avoid standing water. I think our only option now is to have the entire floor removed and redone. Needless to say, we will not be asking EA Flooring to do the work!

Ernesto and Sergio did a good job with installing ceramic tile in our basement bathroom (floors and shower surround). They had a good attitude and worked quickly, however the final grouting and chalking could have been better.
