"Hi [Member Name Removed] I just saw your review and have to say I am very disappointed. My reason for saying this is because you said I didn't finish the job, which is a lie. I not only gave you a good deal, because I felt bad for you, to remove your existing roofing, sheathing and rafters, I then replaced all of it with the proper materials (which you had fiber sound proofing materials used as sheathing). I went above and beyond for you for the price I did it for. Most contractors would not have even done 1/2 the roof, which I did for you because you didn't have enough money to do the entire roof. Then when I asked if you wanted me to replace your facia and soffit you told me NO because you had a neighbor that was going to do it. Then after I did your mom's roof, which I FINANCED HER $900 worth of the job (which not many contractors would do) again because I felt bad that she didn't have enough money to pay for the job. You called me and asked me if the facia and soffit was included for your house, which I said no, because it WASN'T which estimate showed because it was clearly not even on the estimate. Then after I did your mom's roof, you called and asked me if I would FINANCE YOUR facia and soffit because you said your neighbor passed away before he could do the work and I said SORRY I CAN'T FINANCE the $500 facia and soffit job you went and left a bad review on Angie's list that I couldn't finish the job and gave me a C rating about my business and said no to hiring me again. All which is very UNFAIR and dishonest and I don't appreciate it. FYI I also haven’t received your mom's payments on time and she is currently 2 months behind. But yet I have not put any pressure on her to pay me. So that all being said, your review is not only incorrect but it should also mention how I helped you with a great price and appreciation for helping your mother with financing her roof. Food for thought, as I'm trying to build my business and don't appreciate customers who would lie because I couldn't do more favors for you."
