Eagle Eye has done two jobs for me - both promptly and efficiently! Kevin the owner is polite and always cleans up after himself. Last year he fixed a hole in my ceiling drywall (after plumber had to make a repair), and managed to match the 20 year old textured ceiling. He installed an attic fan to help cool the attic for the central air unit, and arranged for shiny new A/C ductwork to be installed (old stuff was 25+ years old and moldy!). Very happy with this contractor and will definitely use him again in the future.

Terrible service, terrible dishonesty. Terrible work. Terrible company. Hired to GC building project and company took funds and did not perform work promised. Violated all kinds of local state and federal laws. Messed up a bathroom off blue prints damaged building and Didnt fix most of all didn't perform storm water management which is the first part of job to be finished before anything else
I had a limited amount of time to get various items completed. Kevin made sure it happened. Thank you!
These guys are FANTASTIC!! Kevin is a true professional!! After having another contractor take my money and run I called Kevin and he came out the next day to take a look and give me an estimate. It was obvious he knew what he was doing. He not only repaired everything and finished the job but it was much cheaper than I thought it would be.
I have used these guys multiple times over the years and they have always done an awesome job!! Too bad hurricane Sandy kept me from contacting Kevin before I got in touch with the guy that ripped me off.
Contacted Eagle eye in Late March and requested they preform this work. We were advised that it would take approximately 4-6 weeks. Provided them with all documentation they needed to pull the permits and a significant downpayment which they stated they needed to purchase the supplies. First part of May arrived and still no work performed. called and spoke to owner (Kevin) who stated that he would get right on it as soon as he finished a job he was on. I explained that I had contracted for him to do this in March and had family coming in for the 4th of July with small children. Kevin assured me it would be done. Within a week Kevin had a work trailer delivered to our home which was parked blocking our garage. Over the month of April and May, we were told that he had other jobs including jobs for LOWES that he had to do and would get to ours as soon as possible.
At the first of June, I called their office and advised them I had to speak to Kevin and was told he was out of the office but his wife (the Office Manager) was in. I spoke to his wife and explained to her everything that had gone on and that I was VERY unhappy. I also stated that I was to the point of putting a storage lean on their trailer if they did not get this work done. Two days later the supplies showed up and the following day Kevin and a team showed up.
The entire time they were working the jobsite was left a mess. Boards, nails, sharp scraps of metal, shingles.... It was crazy. During the construction there was ZERO on site supervision and on 3 occassions I had to call Kevin because the work was being done improperly. We could not utilize our deck for the 4th as they were doing construction on it (still) and could not allow the children in the backyard due to all of the construction trash. The job was finally completed the 1st part of August. We are still finding trash they left over a year later.
When Kevin presented me with the final bill it included lumber that were not used, extra shingles to re-do the roofing where they did not install a ridge vent, and charges for extra labor. After discussion, he agreed to removed these and did give me a slight discount for my inconvience.
If you plan to use this contractor:
A) Ensure you know at least a little about the work being done
B) Have finicial penalties built in for not starting/finishing on time
C) Be prepared for a mess
D) Expect to hear things not appropriate for small children
"i kevin jenkins was going through cancer problems at the time the job was running and there was no one else to supervise the project. when the problems were noted the next day after having major surgery i was out cleaning up the job in the pouring rain against my doctors orders. As for the time to complete the project there were changes to the contract that needed to be signed by both parties and of course i was somewhat incompasated, there were also several bouts of rain that stopped safe production. The roof was also very steep and was not safe to be on for the crew in wet conditions. We appoligized for the inconvience and also did several things aove and beyond the contract without payment to compemsate. All was led to be Satisfied at the end of the project and nothing further has accured 2 years later to indicate any poor craftsmanship. all warrenties were given per trade allowances. The customer never indicated any concerns about craftsmanship to me other than the cleanlyness of the project. The project was of considerable size and had considerable debris to be removed. i admit that it wasnt handled properly, but to my defense i was going through alot of cancer fighting treatments. I believe the job was stretched a bit due to this but i also think that the debris was kept far enough away from the project as not to harm anyone, and was covered to keep anyone from getting too close. it was left there through the holiday due to the fact that it was raining quite a bit during the project and we certainly could not remove shingles on any residence due to possible water damage and more hardship. We appoligized for the inconveince and did not charge for any extras to compensate for the inconveince. We are a christian based company and would not intentionally hold up any project. As for the language problem the guilty parties were released from there duties due to their lack of respect to the customers and family. Like they say( When the cats away the mice will play). Since the project changes have been made and cancer is gone and God is back in charge. Please dont let this review sway you from giving us a chance to prove we are the best for you,re project. We would be glad to provide anyone with outstanding reviews of our own. Thanks and God bless,Kevin Jenkins"
