BEWARE!!!! 2 Days after Hurricane Ian (09/30/2022). They replaced the the 2 springs on my single door garage. they charge $200 to replace the cables. I had to call then the following Monday (October 3, 2022) because the single garage door would not go up. The tech that should up, said he was calling his boss because he knew more about the door type. The boss (Daniel) called the following day. He said he could not get in the community (We live in a gated community). I asked him if he was at the back gate. He said the one that GPS took him to. I told him to go to the front gate, like I had told him before as well as his tech. He never showed. I had another company replace the spring. The said the spring size and load was 3 plus that the size that was needed. That is why it did not work.

Please! Avoid this company at all cost! I asked them to replace a garage door spring on Tuesday, March 7. I was told they would be there between 11 am and 1 pm. They never showed, never called. When I called them back, they had to search for a record of my earlier call. They finally sent someone at 4 pm. Then, after disassembling the shaft and spring, the mechanic told me the spring would cost $650! The two cable drums were another $200. Total cost was $1080! When I spoke to the manager, he seemed to think that pricing was normal and offered no refund at all. These people are thieves and should not be in business!

They had another company come out to do the work. The price of the springs was very high. After he left, I disconnected the garage door opener to see how light the door was. And the door came crashing down. It was not balanced correctly. I called the company JC but their mailbox was full. So I texted him. He said he would get back to me, he never dead and he has never returned any of my texts. This is a very shoddy company.

Great experienced installers couldn’t ask for any more. Really terrific. I tell everyone to hire this company. Responsive to your needs. I called on Thursday installed following Tuesday

They were better than great, they delivered the door on time, as promised and we were just struck by hurricane Ian. They didn't gouge us fro price in fact were quite reasonable. I would highly recommend them and have already to several people. really appreciate the service and honesty.

The gentleman replaced the electric eyes and adjusted doors after Ian flooding destroyed the old safety beams. Cost was reasonable

Very prompt service ... technician very competent, however, request for manuals and warranty info have been ignored. The job cost over $800, not sure this was a fair price.

I am in Toronto. I have not seen the door except in photos. Nonetheless, neighbours have informed me that the door looks very nice. A company rep has advised me that the door opens and closes properly. I am especially thankful that the technician/installer opened and shut the side door of the garage and locked it. It was a subsidiary request and he complied. Without hesitation I would hire YC again.

The entire process was a very good experience. I had many questions that were answered well, and the workmanship was top notch. I recommend this company if you need a new garage door or any garage door related repairs. They were also very prompt and were able to get to our home very very quickly to get the door installed.

BEWARE! Post hurricane pricing. Although the spring break was likely coincidental and not related to hurricane Ian, watch out for pricing. The repairman was very nice. Arrived a little later than expected. Quoted me $279 labor and once springs removed and measured, he would let me know the adjusted price. Wanted to charge $550 for EACH spring in addition to the labor charge. When I told him we would hire someone different to put back together, he spoke to his supervisor to lower the price. $900 for springs/labor. Still not a great price but needed to get done and door opened. Make sure you get pricing before taken apart. There shouldn't be that much variability in the price of springs (have a look on Home Depot).

350.00 per hour labor then added $70,00 to adjust the spring which took 3 minutes which should have been included in the hour.Total time at job was 38 minutes. charged 760.00 and insisted on taking a picture of my dtivers license. rude and pushy.

The company arrived on time. Everything went downhill from there. The technician said he need to take some measurements to fix the door. When he called me out he had taken the door apart and removed the springs. I was trapped. He then gave me an exorbitant quote of $759 dollars. I complained about price it did no good. The door was taken apart I was trapped. I had to pay. Do not use this company for any reason. They will cheat you!!!

I called YC, didn't know what was wrong, they came, found the problem and fix it!
