EAGLE RENOVATION JAX LLC

We had a homebuyers nightmare until we found John! We bought an 1987 year old time capsule of an house, we knew it would be a lot of work, but we never expected so many crooked contractors. We had our floors laid 2 times by 2 separate contractors & both times the flooring kept cracking & snapping in half. So we decided we would try one last time & in came John! He told us exactly what was wrong, fairly priced our job, we felt comfortable & went with him. His guys are so kind & worked so hard! They laid self leveling concrete, completely remediated the uneven foundation that was cracking our floors. Laid all the new flooring & quarter round. They worked around our furniture & our family of 6 without one complaint. Our new floors are a night & day difference, I’m so unbelievably impressed with John & his crew!!

We purchased our own hardwood flooring and hired Eagle Renovation to handle the demolition and installation of 2,300 square feet of flooring. The entire experience was amazing! Carlos, Mario, and Paulo did an outstanding job! They took their time with the floor preparation, installed everything beautifully, and finished the project with brand-new baseboards. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and quality of work were excellent. A special thank you to John for taking care of everything and making sure the project went smoothly. We absolutely love our new floors! I highly recommend Eagle Renovation to anyone looking for quality flooring installation. Great team, excellent workmanship, and beautiful results????????

Excellent experience with Eagle Renovation! They did an amazing job installing our new flooring and remodeling our shower. Everything turned out beautiful, and the quality of the work was outstanding. The team was professional, friendly, and paid attention to every detail. Our home looks completely different now! SCAMMERS! This company took $10,000 deposit, repeatedly promised for three weeks to begin work but never did. Now they will not return the deposit, and are ignoring any attempts to communicate with them. They are also not licensed to perform the work they are proposing! Run as far away from this company as you can.

I highly recommend Eagle renovation 🦅They did an amazing job remodeling my home, including my entire flooring and my shower. From the beginning, they gave me a great price, and the quality of the work was outstanding. The entire crew worked extremely hard and paid attention to every detail. This company did floors for me twice. Excellent job both times. Quality work and timely work. Highly recommended.

Overpromised and underdelivered from start to finish. The craftsmanship was subpar, the project fell significantly behind schedule, and the job was ultimately never completed. Basic instructions were repeatedly ignored, resulting in unnecessary rework, added costs, and frustration. I eventually had to hire another contractor to finish the work. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this business.

I want to say Eagle Renovation did an amazing job in my house. It's around 2,800 square feet, porcelain tile. John and his team did a fabulous job in my house, he's make a timing.
