Absolutely the best pool company in the Boca area. We had three pool companies in before Eagles Pool company. We were extremely disappointed in their services. We had reached out to Eagle Pool company to install a child fence. During installation they explained several things that were happening in our pool that were wrong and dangerous for my toddler. We hired them immediately and for two years never had a problem after that day. Our pool was always beautifully cleaned and maintained. None of our pool equipment after that day mysterious malfunctioned. They would come take down my fence, on request, if I ever needed to throw a party. They would put right back up as soon as I requested. They would cater to any demand I made. Absolutely a pleasure working with this company.

The service and immediate attention we immediately received by George far exceeded out expectations. We were have issues with our previous pool service and Eagle Pool proved to be professional, reliable, helpful and knowledgeable.

We used Eagle Services for a year after having our pool and patio completely redone. I had given him an A rating. George was very nice and helpful and did a great job that first year. When it was time to renew we had no issues and renewed at the full value of the plan. For some reason service this year has gone down immensely and I am changing my review to a D. On the day of the servicing we would come home to find the skimmer baskets on both the pool and the filter not emptied, chemicals dumped in one spot on the bottom of the deep end, and the pool not brushed down. Each week the pool would get yellower and yellower and on the weekends we would brush it down. We sent pictures to George and asked for clarification as to what services were being done each week and monthly and why the pool was turning yellow. We received a reply that we needed a new filter cartridge and the metals in our pool was too high. Hmm, they had been servicing the pool for 1.5 years and did not notice this before? We told him to go ahead and replace the filter and treat the metals, but would still like to know the services they were providing each week. as we were noticing the pool was not being brushed down. We heard nothing. For 2 months I sent texts about the yellowing of the pool and got the same response that he is working on the high metals. The last straw was when we came home after the weekly servicing and the pool was still yellow and had not been brushed down. George was very quick to return the money for 1 previous month and the 3 months left on our plan, which was nice. Unfortunately we now have a pool with stains in the finish and are working on getting the pool in better condition.

We also tried to reach you many times to discuss about your pool unsuccessfully, which I believe is the main issue of this whole situation. When we started to service your pool, we told you about the relevance of a well done fire up (a special treatment done after the pool resurfacing which wasn't performed by our company). We remember we spoke that Eagle Pools couldn't guarantee any issues on the new diamond brite later on. If you don't treat the diamond brite properly for metal right after the resurfacing, it can happen that you start seeing yellow spots, even months or years after. It is a shame you haven't kept that great first impression about our services, even though we have work very hard for it."

The first time service done by their employee, she did poor job, she didn't clean the filter and clean up the dead ants on bottom of spa. I called the owner and he is very responsible, he come over within a hour and clean the pool completely. Now owner perform the service, I am very happy with the result.

George and Saul did a great job installing the salt water system and the LED light. Would highly recommend them in the future. Very reasonable priced and professionalism unlike I've ever seen before. He even came to my house on multiple occasions to check the water level and pH of the pool for free. Also gave me tips on maintaining my pool. I've already refer a friend to them and will do all my future pool repairs and work with Eagle Spa and pool services. <br />

Contacted George via after reading his review. Had just installed a new pool w=and was wanting a service who could manage the chemicals for a new startup. George offered a fair price for his service and actually came twice a week the 1st month to manage the pool chemicals and the salt filter. About a month later George was concerned that the salt filter was not working properly and he asked another pool service tech to come look at my system without asking me. Turned out that the system was defective and a new one was installed at no charge by the manufacturer. I doubt if most other pool services would have taken that action. Geoge saved me a bundle!.Geoge is punctual. You can almost set you r watch to him. Does a great job! <br />

My previous pool service decided to leave the business and while I tried to keep the pool up in the week or so that followed, it quickly got into bad shape. I found Eagle here and paid for a three month deal. George emailed me soon after and we spoke to arrange a time he could come see the pool and get an idea about it. He came today, August 30th, and could see that the pool needed some work. He shocked and treated it for free! Wow, right? I was absolutely floored and felt really good about having decided to use Eagle Pools for my new pool service. The pool looked great within just an hour and I could not be more pleased! <br />

George was prompt in his communications and arriving when he said he would. He was knowledgeable about what I was requesting and he walked me through the process. I learned more from him in 20 minutes than my pool company told me during the whole construction process. This is my first Angie list experience and I'm really happy with my choice. You won't be disappointed , his price is right and he's reliable and communicates with the client, great customer service.

George responded the next day and examined my pool. I had had some issues from my previous pool cleaner and had algae and mold growing in my recently refurbished pool. George treated the pool, cleaned our the algae and the black mold free of charge. Additionally, he was able to resolve an issue with my pump and vacuum line that the previous man had been baffled by. All this, and my service doesn't technically begin for another two weeks.

George Gomes did a fantastic job. Everything was completed just as he described and my pool looks great. In my book it is rare to find someone who 1) does what he says he'll do, 2) when he says he will do it and 3) for the price he says he will do it at. George is one of those rare finds and he is highly recommended. <br />
