The window install went very well ( it has been about a month, and no leaks so far). The trimwork didn’t go so great. I called him back out to fix it. He did come out to fix it in a timely manner. Besides the caulking, the trim work was ok after he came back out to fix it. He had caulk on walls , and on the wood way far out from the cracks that he was sealing. I had to take caulk off, and re-caulk. I spent a lot of time to make it look nice. However, he did offer to come out again to fix things if I wanted him to . I just don’t want to keep calling someone out. I also, found that he used paper towels behind the window frames where he should of used something like spray window foam . If I would of known, I would not have left my paper towels in the room where he was working . There was some nails, I did have to countersink. I would say I would hire him to install windows, but not to caulk, and not to install wood trim. He does install windows very well. He is a very nice guy, and he is talented at putting windows in, but just not trimming, or caulking them. Windows install was a good price. The trim work I felt was a little much. If it was a great trim job, he would of been perfect. I would definitely hire him again to install windows, but not for trim work or caulking. Also if you do hire him, make sure you have all the right stuff because he did not bring a lot of his stuff, and he didn’t go to the store to get the right stuff. That is why he was using paper towels, and asking me for spray foam which I didn’t have much of.

I had a problem, and called him about it. He came right out and fixed it, and apologized. Very nice guy and very professional.

It was pretty good. They were professional, on time, neat and worked out well
