The technician was very helpful in describing what the problems were (ON/OFF dial attachment broken off and clogged water level indicator). The fix for the clog was simple/cheap/quick but the broken dial required a new front panel which required an order and revisit. Still worth the cost of the fix and much cheaper than a new dryer. <br />

went well. He diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes. completed the replacement in another 10 minutes. The machine is now working great. <br /> What was really great was that they were able to come out right away. I called them the night before at 6pm and they made it to my house at 1 the next day. <br />

Bought the $58 diagnostic/repair deal from E Appliance. Set up a date/time. Office lady was helpful in that when I had to reschedule the date she did so with no problem. Joseph came out (about 10 minutes after the scheduled window) and gave us an honest diagnostic: our oven is very old (50 years maybe?) and the needed parts are no longer available. That's all we needed to hear because now we get to have it replaced by our home insurance! Quick and tidy service. Thanks! <br />

I have a fairly new Samsung dryer (2 years old) and it just stopped working. I called E Appliance and they scheduled a time that was good for me, came when promised, quickly diagnosed the problem, had the replacement part on their truck, and fixed it immediately, and cleaned up after they left. The also explained the issue and how I can make sure it doesn't happen again. <br /> Highly recommended (at least for dryer repair)! <br />

This could hardly have gone better. Our washer decided to wet itself all over the place yesterday. Called this AM, spoke to a friendly phone rep at E-appliance, and they sent out a repairman this afternoon. Robert arrived within the specified window and quickly found the problem (fill sensor hose had detached on the inside). Simple fix. No BS, no trying to sell us repairs we didn't need. He made some recommendations for how to prevent problems in the future, and even banged out a dent that had been in the front panel of the washer for years. Should we ever need appliance repair again, it will be an easy call. Thanks guys! <br />

My old refrigerator was hot to the touch on the exterior side walls and top of the unit. It's over 20 years old so I thought it's time to replace it. I got it used in 2001 and t's been extremely reliable since that time but I thought it was on its last legs. So I looked at comparable size refrigerators. If you don't want the cheapest one made, they cost around $800 on up. Wow! <br /> I remembered Angie's List and thought I'd search for a repair service to come out and confirm that I needed a new refrigerator. If I was going to spend almost $1,000 on a refrigerator, I wanted to know I absolutely had to. I read e Appliance Repair's reviews and called for an appointment. I got one for the very next day. Great. <br /> I had a 3 hour window in the afternoon for the appointment, and about 45 minutes or so into the window, Joseph the technician called me and said he was on his way and only several minutes away. I loved the heads up phone call. <br /> When Joseph arrived I explained why I called, he took a look at my fridge and said it was all repairable. He quoted me a $150 price for the labor involved before he started any work and I okay'd the price. He opened the back of the fridge, cleaned it out, stopped the condensation from a frozen tube, and did some more things to ensure the problem was fixed. And all the while he explained what he was doing and why. When he was through, the price he quoted was the price I paid. Very professional, very efficient and a great guy as well. <br /> I'm sure I will be using e Appliance Repair in the future and I will definitely ask for Joseph when I do. Excellent service. Reasonable price. Perfect experience. Thank you very much! <br />

On Friday, I called the office to schedule appointment; they had slots available Saturday and Monday. On Monday, Tony called ahead to make sure I was there, and arrived on time. He diagnosed and fixed the problem SUPER quickly with a new ice maker he had ready in his truck. I was a bit disappointed that the $100 I paid for maintenance was something that I could have done myself had I known how to do it, but that's my bad, not theirs. I used an Angie's list coupon for $25 off, and, due to the high cost of repair, was able to negotiate another $25 off. (Original price was $489). Overall very happy because it was very professional from start to finish with no disruption whatsoever in my kitchen. <br />

We had water leaking from under our dishwasher even though we hadn't run it in over a week. I took off the kick plate and saw water slowly dripping out. I checked under the sink as well. Everything else was dry. Contacted our usual plumber and he told me it was a plastic piece under the dishwasher that had to be replaced. I couldn't be there when e Appliance came but my husband was. He was told we needed a new water line and valve and it would be $350. He ok'd the work (this is on us and our responsibility). Our dishwasher is an inexpensive one that is about 6 or 7 years old and cost us just over $400. Not worth spending this amount of money on. It would have been nice if the technician (who certainly knew it was an older, less expensive machine) told my husband this so he could have made a more informed decision as to whether or not we should repair or replace the machine. The old appliance company that we used told us this on a couple of occasions, which we really appreciated. I just want to be treated honestly. So we paid $315 for a 50.00 valve and 15 minutes of the technicians time on a lower end, older dishwasher. Yes, shame on my husband for not knowing it wasn't worth the cost. But shame on e appliance for their dishonesty and overcharging. I will definitely not use this company again. Nor recommend them. <br />
