I can't say enough about @EASE! Hugo has been helpful, informative and responsive. They just finished my roof and based on the quality and professionalism of that job I have already contracted with them to repair my siding. I am not experienced in home repair and improvement. When my roof was damaged by ice and hail I didn't know what to do. I was able to make a claim with my insurance and that was good. I knew I needed to get bids for the repairs, but I didn't know how I would evaluate those bids. The insurance company referred me to a company. They came and gave me a slick folder with samples and they never completed the quote. Another contractor came and he was great, but the first thing he asked for was our settlement paperwork. @EASE! was honestly a shot in the dark, I simply liked what their website said and so I called. Hugo has been amazing. He has provided the quality I needed and the expertise I wanted at a cost that is reasonable. He has taken time to explain the work that needs to be done and I can trust his advice as what is best for my home and my family.

Very smoothly from the quote to the completion. Hugo was very patient and helpful through the entire process and my new roof looks great.

I would most certainly do business with this company again. They gave a detailed bid that was easy to understand. The owner is quite courteous and worked very hard to get the job done before a big rain was supposed to come through. The quality and speed of @Ease!'s work is outstanding and the area around my house was spotless when the job was done. Their attention to detail is a welcome change from the typical shoddy work that some contractors display. The owner's communication with me was outstanding and I am a very Happy Camper with @Ease! From the very start, I found Hugo to be professional and very pleasant to work with. He provided proof of his liability insurance which gave me peace of mind and also gave him credibility. And then, I asked for references. When I talked with his references, they expressed how thrilled they were with the quality of his work as well as speaking highly of him. So with that, hiring him was a no-brainer to replace my mother's roof on her single-wide mobile home. He & his crew completed the entire roof replacement within about 5 hours. I’m so very happy with the new roof as it’s beautiful. And overall, I'm very pleased with the entire experience. Hugo is very easy to work with and does top-quality work. It was such a great experience, I now intend to ask him to do work on the inside of my mom's house next.
