This is an edit to my first post, they had not done the work yet and I was feeling nice about the landscaping they had done. But when it came to the deck extension they failed. We have had another contract come in and pull it part. Problems were the following; One post was not cemented in. Outside post not vertical. No double 2 x 8 on outside header. Outside header should have hadQty. 2, 1/2in diameter lags through all posts, Instead had qty. 3, 3/8 lags. Joist hangers only had 2 screw in header and 2 into the joist. Should have 6 total. Header on house only had 2 small lags 3/8 maybe into foundation. Should of be a total of 10, 1/2 diameter lags. Header on side connecting to existing deck only had 2, 3/8 lags, should have been at least 6. Privacy wall not level or square. I will never use this contractor again, and will not let him come back and fix it. I knew he wasn't doing it right, but just let them finish to get rid of them.

Excellent work, they came in and were extremely helpful and curtiuos. Did exactly as asked, no hard up sell or massive changes to our original concepts. Made great suggestions and helped figure out ways to save money, and reuse existing materials. Will certainly be using them again in the near future for deck resurfacing and hard wood floor installation. Prices were very good, came under budget when compared to some of the really big landscaping companies.
