Excellent service. On time, clean, removed old goods and trash, introduced themselves by name, explained use of microwave. I am very impressed with this business.

The team was very professional and helpful. They arrived right on time and got right to work. They also went the extra mile to clean up at the end. There was an extra issue with the dishwasher that we had not seen at first but the team offered to fix it for free with spare parts they had brought. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!

Everything went fine except when they came out to measure for the wall oven, it wasn't measured correctly. A gap was left that shouldn't have been, though the appliances work fine. When they left, they took a drill that looked like theirs but had been left behind by another provider, even though I stated that the drill belonged to someone else.

"measurement were correct the sales rep who sold the oven did not follow the detail also explained to customer that it was my team that left the drill a week before while they were there to install his range hood ...."
