Paid him required fifty percent deposit in case of $900.00. Bal to be paid on completions of another $960.00. He sent "some kid" over. Quality of work terrible. Used wrong type of wood and only worked on a few rotted boards. Came by the next day and said he was finished so paid him balance in cash in full. Never came back and won't return our calls texts. I take some responsibility by not checking his work. My husband checked it later and was not happy to say the least. The job is about 10 percent complete and done very sloppy. Please beware of this David Joiner guy. And always have your husband check any kind of carpenter work before payment. We are out $ 1860.00 from a thief.
