Perfect as I expected and more. East Coast installed a central air system and a ductless heating and calling system in my house. They were much affordable than their competitor.

Fair price, clear explanations, pleasant to work with. All my expectations were met or exceeded.

The technicians were clean, professional and punctual and did the job as was planned.

They did a great job. Professional and helpful from initial contact and until job was complete. No additional charges. Would highly recommend them.

I really enjoyed having the work done by East Coast. They were professional, and when I had questions, they took the time to answer them, even if it meant calling in someone else, or coming by on another day to demonstrate some of the features of the system. In my book, East Coast goes above and beyond the contract to really provide customer satisfaction.

Both of our AC zones had failed. The office staff went over and above to find us a service appointment slot shortly after we called in spite of their having a full schedule that went out 3 weeks. Tyler, the ECM tech, was very professional and capable. He immediately diagnosed the problem and had the system running at peak efficiency a very short time later. Great folks. Would definitely use them again.

They did an excellent job! Dave was very knowledgable during the evaluation and the price was comparable. Their installation team were friendly, efficient, professional and were able to do it in only 1/2 day! I was very impressed and would highly recommend them. Keep up the good work!

Overall a great job. Went out of their way to accomodate us during the work to make sure the replacements were working as the work occured during a period of 90 degree days. Cleanup could have been better, but still above average. Minor issue is the dryer vent tube was dislodged and went unnoticed by both them and us at the time.

The job was completed cleanly and rapidly. The crew was amazingly professional. It's hard to spend this much money, but they made it feel like I was getting my money's worth.

I was very impressed by the technician and the work he did. Very thorough and though the problem was not 100% resolved it was greatly improved. Then I called the owner to talk to him about the issue and to compliment the technician. But after 3 messages left for him I still have not gotten a return call. Given that non-responsiveness, I do not feel I could rely on this company in an emergency. I might call again for non-emergency work, but will look elsewhere for service contract

Did not seal the inside of the new vent. It took weeks to get the permit number from them to schedule the inspection.

Tech was on time, and very courteous. Took the time to show me a couple of potential issues, and also corrected them.

They were very, very good, very professional. I thought price-wise they were good. The sales person with whom I dealt suggested a unit that is appropriate for the size of my house which was lower in cost than what some other people suggested. So, I was very, very pleased because the unit does work very well.

First off, I've been a landlord and home owner for almost 30 years.  Have owned 6 houses in two states.  I've hired several HVAC contractors both for installations and for maintenance visits. <br> <br>The service tech from East Coast was a no-show on the original date expected.  It was explained that he was "not feeling well" that day.  However on the day he did show up, he didn't recall this.  So I guess that wasn't true after all. <br> <br>First time using this company.  He was only here to do what was billed and requested as a maintenance visit on two central a/c units.  He set to work on the basement unit and soon announced he was finished.  I asked, did you clean out the condensate pump?  He said that was not part of his service.  (However later I checked the invoice and in print was "clean condensate drain".) This service has ALWAYS been included with every such visit I've had from HVAC service providers in the past.  I know this because the guys always needed a cup or water to clean out the pump and drain. <br> <br>Next the attic unit, and that went very quickly as well. <br> <br>Then we went to the outside units.  After trying to sell me two expensive parts - note both units are operating perfectly - he said he was finished. I looked at the outside units and noticed the leaves and debris were not cleaned out.  I asked why.  He said that I should check my contract, that he was only there to "check things" but not to actually DO anything or clean anything out. <br> <br>In other words, no actual maintenance was done!  Only checking of things.     And attempting to sell me 2 parts, $170 each.  Parts which I later found online for around $15.  Plug in parts, capacitors. <br> <br>I had high hopes for this company as they had a good profile on Angie's List and are local.  However I would never use them again.  My a/c units are 10 years old but I would never use East Coast for installation.  I will use my oil company who I should have gone to in the first place.  <br>

Ben was very professional, competent, and easy to work with. Very happy with the work he did. I would use East Coast again for sure.
