I hired East Coast Metal Roofing to install a new roof on a rental property. I had one problem after another. They didn’t look in the attic when doing their estimate, and to my surprise, all the plywood had to be replaced. Then, they were pushing me to sign off on the statement of completion using words of guilt, not fair. They schedule a crew to clean three times, and I still found 18 nails and a large 8” by 8” metal shingle laying in the open, plain sight. Now, I had a home inspector inspect the completeness of their work, I’m being told that the flashing on the heat pipe is properly installed. Like most other contractors, they promise you the world and went it comes to following through there isn’t any true support. If you have doubts, I’m happy to share emails and pictures 603-657-0041

crew was right on time and very professional cleaned up job site every day made sure bldg was water tight overnight supervisor were there to check everything and do quality inspection roof looks great and i would highly recommend them to everyone

We are extremely happy with our new roof from East Coast Metal Roofing. Not only does it look great, it has performed great during many recent rain, ice and snow storms. Both Kyle and Sean were excellent to work with and were always available for our questions and concerns. We would also like to thank the crews who came out to finish the job before the third storm in less than two weeks.

They did a fabulous job. They were very professional. Right from the sales man who came and prepare the pare works, the permit, he took care everything. I was very pleased. They did a nice job. He came back and checked the work, he was happy and I was happy with that. Everything went very well, I had no problems. They got it all done in less than a week.

Whole process went wonderfully well. Kyle was attentive and always available for questions or concerns, making sure to check in on the project as often as necessary. The crew(s) we worked with were equally as much a pleasure. The finished product is amazing, and we get frequent compliments from the neighbors.

Extremely well. Work was professionally done within the two weeks projected. Everyone from Sales to the installers were professional and well skilled. The roof is gorgeous. At one point they had only installed 80% of the roof and we had a terrible storm blow through. 40mph sustained winds with gusts up to 60mph and 2" of rain in 12 hours. The roof held together and we didn't have any leaks. I can't say enough about this company or their product. I highly recommend them. Yes, it's expensive. But you really do get what you pay for.

Paul Lechiara, the owner, is the best communicator of any contractor I have ever had. He answers his phone and email pleasantly and promptly at any time of day or early evening. He replies however you want: phone call, text, or email. He is clear and informative. He is reasonable and works incredibly hard to be sure you understand what you are getting and what you need to do. Then he and his wonder crew show up with your beautiful new roofing materials and get to work. They are fast and careful. Very respectful of neighbors, fences, garden plants and fancy gutters (I have ordinary gutters but fancy gutter caps, they took good care of them). They are hardworking and clean. My installers were Boris and Sergei. Two very nice guys and super hard working. They did a great job and left the place spotless. The new roof exceeds expectations. It is uncommonly handsome and improves the overall appearance of my house by quite a bit. I am delighted by the idea of a roof that will outlast me, and will support my solar array for the next 25 or so years (at which time solar technology should be way ahead of where we are now) without any issues. Tips: Do your research first. East Coast Metal Roofing have a great reputation. .I decided to get my chimney repointed and other necessary work done (replace deteriorated shingles along roofline, etc.) first, so no one will be hauling bricks or stone on my new metal roof later on. East Coast Metal Roofing will properly flash and seal around your chimney, vent pipes/hoods, and any other areas. I am glad I got the snow guards, especially around walkways and driveways. As a final bonus, Paul will register your warranty. If you get solar panels at the same time as your metal roof, and your roof had to be replaced to do so (solar company usually determines this), you can get a big tax deduction for the part of the roof covered by solar panels. This is worth several thousand dollars off the total price of the job. All in all, Paul and his crew are pure professionals and so nice to work with, and their work is outstanding.

From start to finish, the whole process went smoothly. Paul Lechiara, the owner, was kind and professional. He was very easy to deal with and very accommodating to us as individuals. He was in close contact with us throughout the entire process - always just a text or phone call away. The installers he sent out, Nick and Matt, were also very friendly and professional. They installed our entire roof within a matter of days and they kept us updated on the progress as they went. Any questions we had were answered right on the spot. The cleanup was thorough (as thorough as can be given it had snowed a couple of times!) In all, I am thoroughly satisfied with East Coast Metal Roofing and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is considering getting a new roof installed!

Excellent workmanship. Best contractor and crew we have ever worked with. Paul was very knowledgable about the product answering all our questions. He brought us through the entire process from the materials used, installation and clean up. It was good to know the crew are certified installers. Paul kept us fully informed and was able to meet our scheduling needs. He was on site reguraly during installation ensuring everything was going smoothly. The crew were amazing. They were professional, neat, and polite. They got right to it every day and cleaned up any loose debris as they went, never leaving a mess at the end of the day. They were respectful of our property and safeguarded the plants around the house. The job took less time than I thought and other than seeing a BEAUTIFUL roof when they left you would not ever know they were here, everything put back in its place. Than you for a job well done. They did a good job educating me about the product and installation process. Additional costs incurred due to condition of existing sub-roof but we were warned about the potential and the additional costs were reasonable.

Outstanding! From the initial sales visit to the final nail in the roof the entire process was outstanding. Paul is a no pressure sales person because he is selling and excellent product with excellent service. Paul communicated throughout the entire process the status of our project. I particularly appreciated his willingness to be transparent about the product as well as other considerations. We interviewed 3 different companies prior to choosing East Coast and we are very happy we choose them. The crew that performed the stripping and installation were excellent. There was no goofing off. They were very serious about their tasks but were friendly enough to discuss and answer question that I had......also very clean. We are happy we choose East Coast Metal Roofing and would highly recommend them to people considering installing a metal roof. Take to Paul as he is honest and fair.

The entire process from our initial meeting to completion went very smooth. We interviewed 4 metal roofing companies and choose East Coast Metal Roofing because of the product, but most importantly, because of the service. Paul was in constant contact with us prior to the installation keeping us informed of scheduling. Once the job started, the crew consisted of 3, well organized roofers. They were very friendly but attacked the job as if they were on a mission of customer satisfaction. The crew cleaned up after themselves daily and were meticulous about placing various yard "things" in their original spot. We are very satisfied with the process, the installation crew, the communication and the product.
