James of East Coast roofing and masonry was hired to lift up the flagstones on my existing outdoor patio and re-cement them in a modernized fashion. He said it may last comfortably 10 years & there would be a five-year warranty to replace any broken mortar or loose paving stones. The workers started at 7:30 AM and work till 4 PM, it took four days to complete the approximately 330 ft.² & the finished look. Due to having 4 to 5 colors Including 42 large red flagstones I felt it was important to watch the laying of the stones to make sure that there was a reasonable color mix/ evenly distributed. It’s important to periodically watch how the work is going to make sure you like what you see because the cement dries relatively quickly. all in all, I felt the patio was done really well and it was done in the time frame that was mentioned. Each day, the workers cleaned up after themselves ready for the following morning. With invoice in hand the $6500 was well spent.
