"Thank you for writing the review. That is very kind. You have a beautiful 5' tall privacy vinyl fence. From your perspective everything on this job went smooth and without a hitch. That is always our goal and the most frequent outcome. However, from time to time we encounter problems. You were not aware of it, but we ran into some difficulty on your job. All of the line and corner posts were routed such that the bottom rail holes were not lined up perfectly. Something must have slipped in the jig when the material supplier was routing the holes. It was only slightly off and not noticeable until we had the posts set in concrete and began to install the pickets and rails. Jose contacted Ryan as soon as he noticed it. Ryan immediately called the material supplier. The supplier dropped what they were doing, routed new posts, and delivered them to the jobsite. In the meantime, Jose pulled the original posts out of the ground, cleaned up any mess and waited for the new material. The fence was still meticulously completed that day and you were not troubled with our problems. A lot must go on behind the scenes for the customer to end up with a product that meets both their expectations and ours. One of the marks of a great company is having the commitment to excellence, creativity and flexibility to jump through the necessary hoops to ensure an excellent outcome. We use only the best suppliers as well. In this case much credit goes to our material supplier. They made a mistake, which we all do occasionally, but demonstrated that they are top-notch with their timely response."
