Tony and his crew saved us! Tony returned my call for consultation and repair need and came with his crew in a timely manner. They diagnosed the problem carefully and ordered the pump we needed and replaced the damaged one before the Christmas holiday. EWS did a great job of explaining the system that i needed. The well water consultant came out for a no charge water analysis and consultation, she reviewed the whole install with me prior to the technicians coming and answered all of my questions. The install went flawless the technicians explained how the system is maintained and what each unit was, they even returned 2 weeks later to retest the water and make sure that the system did everything that they promised (which it did). Great company with great staff! I am so happy with the quality of my well water now.

Service went pretty well. I called on a Sunday afternoon and the phone was immediately answered by a receptionist. She dispatched someone who was nearby, and he called within 15 minutes. We ran through some diagnostics over the phone, and he decided he needed to visit. <br /> <br /> The service person was a little rough around the edges, but otherwise was professional and competent. He arrived at the house, checked the water system electrical system to ensure the water tank had no issues. He then went out to the well and pulled the pump from the well. <br /> <br /> Once he had the pump out, he diagnosed that it was completely shorted and that we would need a new pump. He didn't give a lot of good technical answers when I asked what happened, so it seemed like a foregone conclusion that I needed a new pump. I would have felt more comfortable if he were able to review why they pump had failed in a more detailed and scientific fashion. <br /> He quoted me $800 for the replacement pump, of which he had a few on his truck. Again, I don't know enough if this is a good price. He didn't sell me on the features of the pump, which perhaps he should be more read up on. <br /> <br /> He installed the new pump, added chemicals to the well to kill any pathogens, and we started to bleed the iron rich water. All in all, he was there for 90 minutes. <br /> <br /> Complaints - He was not careful with the pump tubing and nearby flowerbed. It's almost as if he didn't care. I mentioned to him to please be careful, but he didn't seem to like flowers very much. He also wasn't very knowledgeable about his product.

They were excellent and everything went well with their services. The price above did not include the water system for purification, that was additional $1800.00.
