"We're disappointed to see this review because it does not accurately reflect the circumstances of this project. The home has an existing 54-inch tub configuration, and our team spent approximately 30 hours researching multiple vendors and product options in an effort to find a shower solution that would work within the existing space and the available $4,500 state grant budget. Unfortunately, we were unable to locate an appropriate product that met both the dimensional requirements of the existing bathroom and the project budget without additional out-of-pocket costs. The overall timeline was also affected by approximately three months during which we were waiting for information needed from the client to continue researching and moving the project forward. We understand the frustration of not being able to complete the project as originally hoped, but we strongly disagree with the characterization that we were unresponsive or motivated only by money. We invested substantial time attempting to find a workable solution despite ultimately being unable to identify one within the customer's constraints."
