The work went awesome, the whole process met all of my expectations and went really smooth. Bob was super friendly and easy to work with; listened to and answered ALL of my questions. I did get a few other estimates also, and was disappointed with the choices that all other company's provided. The estimator from New York State Fence asked me what I wanted for fence, I told him what i wanted a price on, he then immediately replied - no you don't want that! Why would you want a driveway gate? Do you know you'll have to get out of your car to open and close it? I am 100% happy with the job that Eastside Fence did, their workmanship is excellent, the fence and all of the gates are high quality , look awesome, and are exactly what I wanted. Thank you Bob and your guys too!

Bob was helpful with all questions we had, gave us a quote that beat some other contractors, fit us into his schedule and did a great job. The fence looks great, the gates work perfectly and they cleaned up well after. We are very happy with the work.

<p><br /></p> <p>Bob was quick to call and give me an estimate. This is a busy time for these type of projects so I was impressed that the estimate and then the job was completed in 2 weeks. He was thorough with details around process, friendly and professional. The crew he brought to do the job were also very polite and professional. They completed the job in one day, did a fantastic job overall including clean up. I love the end product and so do my neighbors. </p> <br />

The work was excellent, good attention to detail. The fence was exactly what I was expecting and I am quite happy with it. The estimate was spot on, so no financial surprised. Only problem was the timing, as they showed up over a month later than expected. Eastside Fence was at least prompt in returning or answering my phone calls when I they were already past the estimated install date and I was asking when they would be coming out. Overall it was good service, but the delay was irritating. <br />

We contracted with Bob at Eastside Fence in Fairport, NY to remove our old wood fence and dispose of it and install a new vinyl fence. Once they started it was finished in 3 days. I also have a new fenced in area to hide my garbage cans. We couldn't be happier with the results! Bob and crew worked hard and did a fabulous job. Our yard looks totally different - a new fresh, crisp, clean look that we love. <br /> I would highly recommend them to everyone. We have had a recent bad experience with exterior painters and were gun shy on hiring another contractor. But Bob was excellent to work with and renewed our faith. He did what he said he would do for the price we agreed on and the end result is fabulous. Just what you want when you hire to have work done. <br /> Thanks Bob!

We selected Bob because we saw the beautiful job he did for our neighbor. Bob and Pete worked together to install the fencing. The gate posts and the four corners were put in concrete. We have had no trouble with the fence. The gates work beautifully. We would go back to them for any fencing work we may need in the future.
