Fantastic Service, countertop looks great

We were remodeling the kitchen in our basement and needed countertops. I called around to several places and found the lowest price at East Tennessee Casework. They were able to explain to me exactly how I needed to measure to make the countertops come out right. I came in with my drawings and they made up the work order. Even though they usually deal directly with contractors, they were willing to explain the process to us as do-it-yourselfers and to take our order. They told us exactly what the price would be. We paid a small deposit when the order was placed, and they said the countertop would be ready in 2 weeks. They called us when it was ready and we went to pick it up. After we paid for it, a couple of guys helped load it into our van. The counters were cut to the sizes we specified and we were very satisfied with the results. They have a large range of colors and types of laminate for countertops, and samples are posted in their showroom area. The prices are lower than the big home center stores, and the service is just as fast or faster, although they do not take credit cards, so you need to be ready with cash or a check.
