We completely remodeled the kitchen. Greg removed multiple walls to open up the space as well. In the master bathroom, we had a wall removed to double its size, then completely remodeled that as well. Greg tiled the bathroom and a beautiful walk-in shower. Everything turned out perfectly. Greg and his crew were diligent and worked quickly. He started work on the home on time and completed on schedule as well.

Easy Does It did a complete remodel on our bathroom. Greg is great to work with. He is easy going and helpful in every way. Several times we asked about changing something during the process and it was never a problem. He always had helpful suggestions but just gave us his professional opinion. He wanted the work to be what we wanted. He has integrity and we would not hesitate to hire him again. You can rest assured that he will do what he says and will do it when he says.

Greg and his team at "Easy Does It" were amazing to work with. Greg is professional and courteous, and always makes sure his client is happy. Our experience began due to a referral from a friend, then Greg came out, reviewed the property, then began his bid, which was timely and affordable. His timelines for the work he was going to do were spot on - he neither over or underestimated the time it would take. Once the work started, it seemed to go quickly. Every time I came back home at the end of the day, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the crew cleans up after themselves every afternoon, so my house was always organized, despite all the work being done. Greg responded quickly with questions that I had about the work, and was willing to tweak things here and there as the job progressed. If anything came up that wasn't discussed before, Greg always called, presented the options, and made sure we were on the same page going forward. At the end of the job, during the walkthrough, there were no hard feelings or getting defensive when I stated what I had seen that needed fixing, and usually Greg had noted the same things himself that needed to be touched up or redone. It was a pleasure to work with Greg and his team, and I'll be sure to call them again if I need to do some home improvement in the future. Greg Martin is an excellent contractor/manager. He, his employees and his subcontractors maintained a smoke free, cuss-free presence. The quality of his crew's work was well above average to exceptional. Greg is an excellent communicator and throughout the four week renovation located many items that while not part of the stated contract did meet the stated goals of an inclusive renovation and correction of all discovered faults. His advice was sound and he would include alternatives that met the goals I had described. This renovation was of a 1,394 SF ranch home built in 1970 that had a partial renovation in 2004. All drywall was smoothed and imperfections removed. Areas with paneling were removed and replaced with drywall. Ceilings were scraped as needed and all walls and ceilings were first sealed then repainted in three coats and ceiling "popcorn" was applied for a uniform finish. All HVAC grills were cleaned and replaced with new including two return air filtered vents and two passive pass-through vents. A 400 SF family room addition (not included in home SF above) was treated to perfected wall surface, priming and painting. Moldings throughout the home were darkly stained oak. All moldings were either replaced or sealed and painted, likewise all doorframes. Both common and master bathrooms had all fixtures removed and plumbing relocated as needed prior to reinstalling fixtures. Many fixtures were new as well as new lighting. Excellent appearance and useability after completion. Kitchen and dining area flooring had a number of layers of floor finishes. These were removed to a common height, leveled and smoothed with some subfloor replaced due to age. All cabinets were removed for renovation, walls repaired with some drywall replacement. Walls were smoothed primed and painted as throughout the home. New cabinets were installed as well as countertops that permitted installation of new appliances. There were significant issues with plumbing in the kitchen that were resolved by relocating supply and drains to a new location and reinstalling. The overall fit and finish of the home was vastly improved by Greg Martin and his workers with Easy Does It Home Improvement. I whole heartedly endorse this crew for any home improvement - large or small.

I had a rotten wood floor in a closet that turned out to be a leaking shower valve. They removed part of the wall, repaired the valve, replaced the wall and all of the hardwood that was rotten. Greg was a great guy to work with. Showed up on time, called with times they would arrive. They did a great job on the repair, were kind and respectful of my space. I'd definitely hire again.

Greg was great to work with! We hired him to build a laundry room off the kitchen into the garage. This involved all aspects of construction. Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall paint, masonry and flooring. Greg was on the job promptly at 7:30 every morning and left the jobsite spotless every afternoon at 4pm. Greg was great to work with throughout the project, and accommodated any changes that came up. He provides a projected timeline for project and finished our job two days earlier than projected. His attention to detail and quality of work are outstanding! I hope to work with Greg again on future home improvement projects!

Greg did an amazing job installing new laminate floors for me after I had some water damage. He is very reasonably priced (the most reasonable out of the three quotes I received) and definitely works hard to go above and beyond! The process went smoothly - he arrived early, got done in the time he said he would, and updated me almost everyday on the progress (he was very patient with all of my questions and concerns). I will absolutely hire Greg in the future for any other work I need and I highly recommend him to anyone else.
