I left a message on the answering machine at Easy Electrical Solutions and heard back from owner, Dennis O'Toole, in a matter of days. Had said in my message that mine was not an emergency situation.  We scheduled an appointment for the following week, a rainy day which had thrown them a little behind in their scheduled morning job.  I received a gracious call about 2 hours before the scheduled appointment from Dennis saying they would need to be an hour later arriving--which suited me fine, since getting that call gave me time to run an errand. <br /> Josh (who works with Dennis) arrived at the re-scheduled hour and could not have been nicer, more knowledgeable or efficient.  He ran into a challenging situation with one of the installations and came up with a creative solution--without a complaint.  I thoroughly enjoyed  having his company as he worked, one or the other of us humming at various times as we went about our different tasks.  It doesn't get better than that. <br /> I'm happy to recommend this company without reservation. <br /> <br />

The crew showed up on time, and were aware of the scope of work.  They were friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and did not waste even a minute in getting all the jobs done.  They answered questions as the work progressed and made sure it was done to my satisfaction.  They also advised me on some other projects I've been considering having done, and you can be sure I will call Easy Electrical when I do. <br /> <br /> <br />

Cannot say enough good things about the service provided.  It was a small job, but we were treated like it was a big job.  They were responsive, very prompt, personable, very reasonable price, did an excellent job.  If we ever need additional work, Easy Electrical solutions will be the people we call. <br />

The water heater didn't work because the wires inside had short circuited.  He never took the faceplate off to see the issue.  I ended up paying an additional $125 to a plumber to fix the electrical problem. <br />

Came on time, were prepared, had supplies at reasonable prices. Did the work expertly, cleaned up. Quite pleased. <br />

We're extremely pleased with the job Dennis and crew did. They were prompt, professional, and the work was done very well. We are already planning to use Easy Electrical again on our lake house. <br />

Mr. O'Toole came to my house withing minutes of my call to him.  He is very professional.  He patiently answered my many questions. They were great! They came in, gave us an estimate, and they were accurate with minimal changes on the price. There was one issue we needed to have resolved, they came back and had another personnel to repair the wall at no cost to us. We were very happy with the work they did.

Very well!  The box in the bathroom was old and corroded and needed to be replaced, which was a challenge due to the old tile still on the wall.  Dennis and Josh figured it out quickly and got the outlet installed. <br />

A+ service all around!
