He's always done great work. You know he'll do the work right when he comes out to do repairs. He won't charge you a huge amount. I would recommend him. If you text him he's very prompt with responding back.

He's done all the work meticulously. He does things that other plumbers don't do. He provides good professional services.

After fruitless attempts to even get a plumber to return our calls, we found Easy Flow through Angie's List. Mr. Robert Magliulo responded the same day! He was cheerful, friendly, and eager to be friendly and accommodating. He came the next day to evaluate the problem and to provide a written and reasonable estimate. Upon tackling the job, Robert found it to be more ticklish than originally thought. He was absolutely correct. It involved a shopping trip for additional supplies so that the finished job wasn't jury rigged. Despite the extra time and trouble, the final price did not change from Mr. Magliulo's estimate. The finished job proved to be a safe and professional solution to a serious problem we hadn't even been aware of. Mr. Magliulo made certain that we knew we could call on him if there was any problem. There hasn't been. We were delighted and grateful. I would recommend Easy Flow to anyone requiring plumbing services!

Excellent. Rob showed up the day I called to give an estimate. It was a fair estimate. He explained everything and was able to come the next day to do the work. He showed up on time, did everything promised and left everything clean. Would definitely use Easy Flow again and recommend to others.

I don't have enough good things to say about Rob. He was friendly and knowledgeable from first contact. He was able to come out the same day and give an accurate quote. He kept in contact until the day of the install. He arrived on time on the day of the install and finished promptly. He had to climb over the washer and dryer AFTER it was stacked in the closet to complete the install. Rob brought all the tools and pieces necessary and left no mess. Rob was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him without reservation. His prices were fair for the amount of work he did and I will definitely use him in the future should we need.

After previously using Rob a year ago had him come to set up a new slop sink in the laundry room.  I had the existing pipes cut to add a hot and cold water line and a drain into the pipes being used for the washing machine.  The job was completed to my expectations.   Very happy with the service and will continue to use and recommend to others.

I had a hose bib outside that was older and began leaking.  I read the positive reviews and called Rob for the job.   He replaced the hose line and also placed a shutoff valve inside the house.  Great work, very professional.  Will use again for any jobs needed.

Very responsive regarding initial contact and scheduling. Showed up on time and as scheduled. Provided detailed estimate with and all work to be completed. The problem turned out to be more difficult to fix than the original estimate, but Easy Flow stuck to original estimated charges and went overtime to properly complete the job. Hands down the most pleasurable experience I've had with a plumber! A+'s all around!

I had used Rob before for a few things in the house I wasn't able to perform myself. I had come home and heard the water alarm and found my sump pump dead and water beginning to overflow into the basement. I called Rob and he made it over and repaired the pump. Very happy with the professionalism and quality of the service and will continue to hire him for any services needed.

<p>Rob and a helper arrived on time. Rob reviewed the job and honored the estimate he had given and also applied an Angie's List coupon. I had supplied the faucet and Rob supplied the supply lines and valves. Entire job was done in 45 minutes and it was done very professionally. I was extremely pleased with Rob's work as well as his friendly demeanor. At my request Rob provided a referral for another job I needed done in the house.</p> <br />

Rob and Jean came in as scheduled. They were professional and courteous. We had to snake out the main sewer line. They cleared the blockage. Rob also recommended DIY items that could improve overall condition of the basement. Overall, Rob was pleasant to work with. Even when my nanny accidentally flushed while drain was open! <br />

The line was in the rafters of a high ceiling of the cellar. It led to an outside gas line (for a gas grill hookup) that was capped off at the house. I wanted to replace the valve rather than cap it off. This was a two man job of a plumber, Rob and his assistant. Rob had to get into the window well and work above his head in a very cramped space. This was complicated by having a large porcelain washtub directly under neath it, blocking access. Rob was extremely careful when climbing to get to the valve. They put down a plastic sheet to protect my washer and the sink, and used their ladder to get over to the wall and window well. Rob cut out the valve and put in a new one that is easy to open and close. He had his assistant check the position of the outside outlet as he worked until he adjusted it so the outside outlet was not turned askew. Btw It was raining and his assistant noticed mud on his boots, and asked for a paper towel when we got in the house...he used it to wipe up his footprints from the mud from his shoes as he walked... Rob checked for leaks and found none. They took any of the debris with them, and left everywhere they were spotless. Also, their last job was running longer than anticipated, and they called to let me know even though at least 30 minutes before. It was only about 15 minutes. Well mannered and professional...Could not have been better! <br />

Professional and courteous but did not solve problem. Speculated that line had collapsed, but excavation of sewer line indicated that problem was a cast-iron cleanout plug that had fallen into the line at least 23 years ago, prior to my owning the house. Snaking pushed the plug into the connection with the main sewer line where it completely plugged the line. Charged about 15% more than my regular plumber for less time. I would not use again for that reason.

As a single woman running my own home and being very particular.....it is extremely important to be able to discuss the job, hear all the details, and employ someone who is honest, honorable, well qualified, neat, and highly informed. I first hired Rob for the drain problem. He accomplished that efficiently and neatly at a reasonable price. We discussed options for a back up for the sump pump. Having a finished basement, I am always concerned about water. I have never lost electricity during a rain storm....but the possibility always takes up space in my brain. I have a portable generator....but I have to be home to start it. Today Rob arrived on time and installed the back up for me. It took the whole morning as he predicted. He explained how it all worked and it is a beautiful thing. I so appreciate knowledgable and personable service. I highly recommend Easy Flow Drain and Mechanical LLC for any plumbing needs. Oh....one more thing...he noticed a leak in my fairly new furnace exhaust piping. He pointed it out and gave me several possible reasons for the leak so I could intelligently discuss it with the company that installed the new energy efficient furnace. What else could you want from a plumber? I was extremely satisfied and impressed with his service. I'm also grateful for Angie's List!!!! <br />

I used him for a special and he did a good job. I called without the special and he was very expensive. I've used him four times and his estimate over priced.

<p>My husband and I just bought a new house and in the basement the washer, dryer and utility sink were all in different locations in the basement so this is something we wanted to fix before purchasing new machines and moving in. Since we have an unfinished basement all of the pipes are exposed so we thought it would help make the job a bit easier to do. Even though we played a bit of phone tag with Rob in the beginning he was able to come out and give us a fair estimate. He showed up on time and was very friendly, with a big smile on his face. We knew this is someone who enjoys what they do. We talked through different options and it was clear he wasn't trying to over sell us on work we didn't need. He was trying to come up with the most cost effective way of getting done what we were looking for. He was able to write up an estimate while he was at the house which was way faster than anyone else. Other plumbers we have to wait almost 2 weeks for the estimate back. He was very reasonably priced and came in right where our budget was and what we thought it might cost so we hired him. </p> <p>He was not able to come out the day it was scheduled because we had some bad weather and there were other plumbing emergencies in the area and since ours wasn't an emergency, we understood. But he was able to come the next day which was just in time for our new machines to be delivered. He showed up on time, was again very professional and friendly. He got the job done in the time quoted and we were very pleased with the results. His work was very clean and he walked me through everything he did when it was all done. </p> <p>This is someone I would definitely hire again in the future and would recommend to anyone. </p> <br />

It went great both times. Rob cleared the same drain twice. He held up to his warranty and did not charge me for the second visit.    I would highly recommend Easy Flow to all my friends and co workers.

Robert gave me a great proposal and came back the next day to do the work. He and his coworker were very professional, friendly and respectful. The service provided was completed quickly and I was so very happy with the result. They did such a great job cleaning up after too. I will be calling them back if I have another plumbing issue.
